Did anyone notice that the identity person or ninja standing behind chojuro was not revealed?

The nin who was acting as a bodyguard to chojuro at gokage summit. PAGE 22-23 OF CHAPTER 700

It obviously must be a kiri nin!

Can anyone guess who it was or is this another plothole or
If my speculations are correct this is upcoming villan of part 3
