Well i want to discuss being Admin or Mod on my site.
I see you're a very responsible and I think you deserve to be a staff on my forum for your work here. You will enjoy the site as I have many members(Almost equal to here) and a active community. If you help me make the site better I will give you a higher position than Admin.

me so we can discuss this further
If you agree then let us make the site big together.
