obito can use kamui without ms activatd so what your saying doesnt qualify as proof of why kakashi's eye isnt going blind...

How did you come to that conclusion? Whenever Obito used Kamui under the mask, we couldn't see his eye. It wasn't until after Kakashi realized that they used the same jutsu did they start showing Obito using Kamui w/ his MS active. We never saw him use it w/ 3-tomoe that wouldn't even make sense.

Probably froze up and stopped the Jutsu after Minato got countered by Madara. Just like Gaara.
