If Sasuke's goals still lie in the darkness then I wouldn't be surprised if he used it. He should kill Kabuto and use edo tensai on him making him an eternal slave to the Uchiha.

That is the conclusion I have come to, before I make that logic however I will wait for more evidence from the manga/databook.
