Amaterasu appears instantly on the target
I guess limbo is a bit faster.

Amaterasu IS instant. But people can either see or detect the user gathering chakra in one eye and prepare. The bijuu were struck one at a time (though it was very fast)

Amaterasu is FASTER
It APPEARS at the focal point. It doesn't come out of the eye

It is instant. It appears immediately on the target, but A was still able to dodge before he caught on fire. This is stated in the manga, on the wiki, everywhere.

I think he dodged but i want some other opinions on this
