My name is Dexter. I don't know what made me what i am,but whatever it is...it left a hollow place behind.People fake alot of human interactions,but I feel like I've faked them all and I fake them very well,that's my burden,I guess"
Personality: Dexter considers himself emotionally divorced from the rest of humanity:he often refers to humans as if he is not one of them.Dexter makes frequent references to an internal feeling of emptiness,leading to many youthful attempts to "Feel Alive".Dexter claims to have no feelings or conscience and all of his emotional responses to be part of a well-rehearsed act to conceal his true nature.
There are kinks in his emotional armor,he acknowledges loyalty to family,particularly his father("If I could love,I would have loved him")since his father died his only family is his sister.He has acknowledged that he cant hurt her.
Dexter likes children,finding them much more enjoyable than there parents,the flip side to this affection is that he is particulary wrathful when his victims prey on children.
Perhaps the most important aspect of Dexter is his Dark Passenger,which is a pyshcological manifestation of his inner thinking and represents his desire to kill.The need to kill stemmed from watching is mother sawed into pieces in front of him while he was young.Since then, something inside of him "changed"...he needs to kill and if he doesn't kill for a duration of time his life becomes unstable,the rest of his personality representing what could be similar to "withdrawal syndrome".
His father noticed this in his son and helped channel it,to protect Dexter from ever being caught and to forge him into sort of a weapon for personal justice.Due to this,"The Code" was established which allows Dexter to blend in,choose the right victims and most importantly...not get caught.
The code's rules are many however the number one rule in all situations is "Don't Get Caught" and that's why all the other rules are in place.According to his father if he is caught he will be executed by beheading,so the code is designed to keep Dexter out of this situation.The other rules of the code include never taking the life of an innocent and being certain of there guilt.

History:
Early Life: Dexter was born on February 1st,during the second Shinobi World War,he spent most of his infantile life on the outskirts of Amegakure with his mother and father,the father being a veteran from the first World War.
They lived on a private farm,away from most of civiliazation,free of all the blood and death of the War.
That was until an old grudge came back for a personal vendetta.
While Dexter's father went to the village for food and supplys,leaving Dexter and his mom alone,an old rival came to the house,knocked Dexter and his mother unconscious,and waited until they woke up.
When they awoke the man was standing in front of them both,holding a sawtoothed blade in his hands.
Unknown to them at the time,this man's family was slaughtered by the same squadron their father was in.
The mother was tortured and killed by the man,but before he could harm Dexter the father burst into the house and scared the killer off.Dexter would never be the same.
A couple years later Dexter's father found numerous dead animals in the back of the farm.
After trying to steer Dexter away from killing or harming things,he decided that instead of shutting his urge to kill out completely,he would train him to kill those that deserved to die(serial killers,rapists etc.)while also teaching him to blend into society and hide "The Real Dexter" away from others.

Growing Up:After Moving to Sunagakure,Dexter was taught how to subdue,kill,and dispose of evidence ,while also being taught to hide his true self and appear like an everyday working man to the villlagers and Shinobi,while becoming Lieutenant of the 1st division of Sunagakure he knew that more attention would be on him,so he killed more cautiously and secretly.
