[Question] Devil Fruit

Curious to get the powers do you need to eat the entire devil fruit? or can you cut it up having the powers be shared by multiple people? ( I mean as in that single devil fruit can give everyone who eats some of it, it's powers)

So, i say even one bite of the fruit can give you the powers of the devil fruit

But, having said this. Your idea is quite awesome if my logic applies haha. But wouldn't someone in the One Piece universe have had the idea before. Its gets you thinking. Nice thread!! xd
