Yeah it has, but very very briefly...we saw a few sec when franky was explainng something to someone...

and also in the manga where ceasar was telling the story of how the poisenous gas 'shinokuni" was created...but we only saw his shadow...

It doesn't mean they would be unlimited. Maybe it's like 1/1000 that the fruit becomes a devil fruit or something
