The Deva path wins easily, when Deidara uses his bombs, tendo can just use his Shinra tensei to blow them away and with the big ass bomb with the tiny bombs he can just teleport himself away with the animal path then return when it dissipates.

but then he would take a while because the animal path is off doing it's own thing and can't fly hole way because he has to conserve chakra for the battle

Deva is the worst possible opponent for Deidara, becuase he has long range attack that traps its target instanlty, Im talking about Bansho Tenin. With that, Deva can bring down Deidara without any problem. Dont take me wrong, I think that Dei was very powerful shinobi, Kage level for sure, but Deva is just bad match for him.

Deva has Rinnegan, he would be able to see cloud of microboms and deflect it with Shinra Tensei.

Actually, 5 seconds is very short period of time. I doubt if Deidara would be able to make a bomb and deliver it close enough to Deva. Not to metion that Deva can deflect C4 and blow away Deidara from the skies with just one ST.

Not really. Kakashi could make use of it only with support. Deva single handely owned SM Naruto and whole bunch of frogs that were with him. And just like I said, Deva can deflect C4 and own Deidara with just one blow.

shinra tensai will defeat any of deidara attacks and send him to near death een if he uses his c4 attack the deva path gravity is pushing that force away so the deva path is going to win or just use chikabi tensai
