In that case nagato would most likely use a mini shinra tensei first (not the one he used to destroy the village) and that shinra tensei isnt enough to take hashirama down. After that he should be smart enough to know that when nagato stretches his arms beside him he is going to use shinra tensei and the technique i showed you has guarded yamato from something that is very similar to shinra tensei.

In the middle of bashou tennin he can is more than able to grow wood from any part of his body to latch onto something and even use a mokuton clone if needed.

Banshou tennin and shinra tensei really isnt playing a part due to hashirama's abilities

Yes he could grow extra limbs etc. But truthfully, this all depends on the distance between the two. If Hashirama is far away then he can counter Banshou Tenin. If he's within 10m he stands no chance, Nagato will draw him in and it will be too late for Hashirama to then counter Human Path.

Im still not sure why people think shinra tensei and banshou tennin will pose a problem to hashirama, not when we have seen mokuton in action

The argument for banshou tennin and shinra tensei is irrelevant.
Hashiram can guard himself from shinra tensei using mokuton moku jouheki. This technique alone will also protect him from banshou tennin also;

Or he can use this againt banshou tennin. He can latch onto something with his many mokuton variations or use Mokuton Daijurin no Jutsu;

Agreed also note what every you have seen yamato do hashi can probably do it 10x better.

listen i like nagato way better than hashirama but if jariya could do as well as he did hashi would beat him i am not saying it would be easy but he would win probably ...and as for ems madara nagato stomps his as imo ems madara was a *****
