This is a very good vs thread.
Alot of people underestimate sharigan tobi, but he has displayed alot of fighting feats when he wants to.

Example is beating danzou's body guards. Controlling the yagura. Beating konan even after her planning.

Anyway ill give it tobi, chibaku tensei isnt working. Tbh he should just teleport deva realm to another dimension and thats it xd
