Deva Path is one of the Six Paths of Pain. He has the ability manipulate objects using a power that simulates gravity, he can attract or repel objects. He can aslo repel any ninjutsu. The strongest version of this is the Shinra Tensei where a huge repulsive wave emanates from Deva Path as the epicenter knocking out everything and everyone in a huge radius as big as the Konoha village. However, once the jutsu is used, he cannot use it again for a minimum of 5 seconds and this interval increases dramatically if Shinra Tensei is used. He is highly adept at dodging, doesnt feel pain and has great Taijutsu skills.

i cant say anything yet i am not up to that point I have no clue. Though Garra does have the ability too manipulate sand with barely any effort but without the sand Garra is almost defenseless. Like during the chunnin exams when Lee was charging towards him in the speed of light. He couldn't keep up. I know he has gotten stronger and faster but there is probably NO WAY, Garra could compete to this Deva Path. I love Garra forever but at this point i don't think Garra has a chance.

Put it this way, If Deva path had to Fight alot of Fodder ninja, Kakashi, choji and his Dad, Destroyed the Sand or Leaf, Fight a Tailed beast, Use CT.

Then had to fight Gaara after all that, Then Gaara might have a chance.

Deva Path Crushed Sm naruto and would Crush base naruto with little effert.
