Izanami is not even useful in battle and was only able to be used cause he was edo! Itachi said that himself go read it. And it works on kabuto cause he doesn't know who he is. Deva is a dead body being controlled by Nagato, it will not work on him.

Rinnengan is not weak to genjutsu. It just Happens to be no one is strong against genjutsu unless you are a jinjuriki. Itachi got caught in kabutos weak genjutsu so you can say that itachi is weak against genjutsu as well.
Anyways pain knows of Itachis genjutsu so can easily avoid it. And izanami is not used in battle do to its high prep time. Itachi said that himself. He only used it cause he was edo. And besides deva is a dead body it won't even work on him.

Izanami works on people who don't know who they are, deva is DEAD so he has no resolve and he is nobody so no it will not work. And I already said itachi was only able to use it cause he was an edo, the prep time is too high like I said go read it. And I'm saying he can avoid tsykuomi cause he knows of the technique so can avoid it by not looking into his eyes and like I said itachi loses cause of CT. Itachi has no counter to that lol

Dude, Tayuya's genjutsu isn't weak. It's unavoidable since she uses sound to cast opponent(s) in genjutsu. If I recall, the only way to render it ineffective is by completely shutting off your hearing to block the sound waves created by her flute.

Oh like the same way kakashi got close to raikiri but the other path got in the way or how about when naruto got close enough to kick him?
Either way in this hypothetical thats been setup deva is looking at the ground the whole time CT needs to be setup by the original nagato and sent to deva so its not happening straight away 5 second intervals is more than enough time for izanami (shared sensation)

That's a power-scaling statements.
