Depends... because Deva cant absorb Mokuton.I mean technically Deva can just fly in the air and attack from above but he has a 5 second interval in Deva so its not as easy as that

Havent you read latest naruto chapter. Madara stated that Hashirama could also destroy the entire landscape and that it was better that they werent both fighting there so that the channges in the landscape wouldnt be too drastical.

Deva can destroy the forest that Hashirama created in seconds.
As if Hashirama just creates a forest for no reason, Hashirama tries to catch his opponent with it, Deva can't spam Shinra Tensei over and over and over and even if he can, it won't hurt Hashirama in any way as he just keeps creating Mokuton, it's his main move in the end.
