K so I just bought Deus Ex Human Revolution and I've never played anything from the series before. Without spoiling too much, can you guys please answer some questions for me?

*Btw I just finished the mission where you stop the terrorists from getting the typhoon and bombing some hostages, so I'm not too far in. *

1.) How do I get the best, good guy ending possible?

2.) Should David Sarif be trusted?

3.) Does getting augmentations vs no augmentations change the ending?

4.) Does killing vs non-lethal really matter?

I've heard the same so im trying not to get my hopes up too much. The gameplay is fun though. It's a lot of stealth so far and there are a lot of crafty ways to take out enemies.

If you have to ask Question 2, you shouldn't even let him out of your sight for even a second.

1) I don't actually know
2)Yes.
3) You need augments to progress through the game. Other wise you'll have a really hard time.
4) It doesn't really matter weather you do lethal or non-lethal unless its someone you can persuade or talk to in someway.

I really enjoyed Human Revolution. Unfortunately I never finished it due to losing all my saves with a dead hard-drive. As such, I can really only comment on one of your questions.

The game changes with regard to your augmentations. They help access certain areas and I feel that you miss out on part of the game if you avoid them. Because I never did finish the game, I can't say whether they change the ending.

One thing to look out for is the boss fights. Holy crap. The standard gameplay is nice and casual, then the first boss fight is a real slap to the face if you're not expecting it. I'm not sure whether they outsourced boss fights to another developer, but there is certainly a difference.
