Within the lofty mountains enveloping the heart of Iwagakure, on a calm weathered day with a breeze of wind every now and then glancing off the walls of bluffs causing for gravel to fall onto the field which was so far down if you were to look from the cliff. The two friends found their paths crossed. One was going on a mission, however the other did not quite want to trust.
There was something enigmatic within the words of a mission. What kind of mission must have it been? Yoanna, questioned herself few times before deciding to take action. She slipped down her kimono leaving but a perfect suit to envelop her body and a sword strapped upon her back.
''Where are you taking off?''
She bit her lower lip as she spoke with a modulated voice. Her glare was firmly locked on Dean. She was paying attention to his body language and waiting as to hear his answer befor making any kind of offense.

Description:
Vishnu is a longsword with a total length from sword hilt to the tip of the blade of 115 centimeters. The sword’s history is relatively short having only recently been created by Yoanna with the help of Konan after she learned the secrets of Paper Ninjutsu. The sword itself is composed of thousands of small chakra infused sheets of paper each being razor sharp, excluding the hilt and hilt guard of the blade. The guard of the blade itself appears to be the bottom half of a golden flower while the hilt beneath it extends past and possesses the same color.
Vishnu constantly drains the user’s chakra to sustain itself. Its thirst for chakra is quite great in that when not held by the user it will actively seek him or her out. As a sword composed entirely of small razor-sharp chakra infused sheets of paper Vishnu does not slice similar to how a sword does. Instead, the sharp sheets of paper will shave albeit user can change angle at which paper sheets are positioned and thus allow for different kinds of cuts being made upon their target. This can even be used once the sword penetrated through the body of intended target which would cause increase in deterioration made upon them. Each sheet of paper capable of leaving deep paper-cuts along the afflicted area of the opponent’s body. While the ''basic'' form of direction of paper sheets is not as lethal it is still very painful and can cut and shred flesh quite easily. Additionally, because of the sword’s paper nature the user’s chakra flow into the blade will allow it to remain its form and rigidity quite similar to that of an actual sword although with small spiked out edges. Should the sword be damaged the user can continue to feed it chakra and allow it to reform by reconnecting the scattered sheets of paper. Explosive tags as well as flash tags mixed within the normal sheets which would increase capabilities of the sword. Replenishing the hilt of the sword would drain user of 10 chakra points.
First and main ability of the sword is as to make paper sheets leave the hilt of it within users hand and fly away forming like a cloud around the user (spans short-range all around them). Each paper sheet would be self sustaining, self aware and represent sovereign defense due to being apart of Vishnu. Their velocity would be so great even being capable of defending user of almost instantaneous techniques as well as techniques up to A rank made by either taijutsu movements or solid like elemental techniques. Even in case whereas user of the sword is not aware of the offend made upon them paper sheets would react without imput of the one owning them. Albeit, user can defend from techniques they so wish without having input from paper sheets by willing them via mental command as not to react. Senses of sheets are also connected to senses of the user allowing for better perceiving of their surrounding. This ability counts as a A rank and upon defending from an A ranked technique (following elemental strengths and weaknesses) paper which was dispersed would lose its effects. This ability can only be used twice per battle. Sustaining this ability per turn would cause for additional 20 chakra points to be drained from the user.
In combination of releasing paper sheets from the hilt of the sword, paper sheets could be controlled as to make different kinds of constructions from them which can be used for either offense or defense. Their size varies depending on users need. This ability can be of either C or B rank.
Another ability of the sword is quite useful in combination with other techniques which require one to utilize different types of weapons for their performance. By draining user of 15 chakra points sword would be able to change its physique however never go over the initial length it holds. No matter the physique due to being formed out of paper sheets it would always have small spikes on its borders. This ability counts as a C rank.

It was no ordinary day. Dean Winchester was tasked with an important task, one that he kept to himself on order if his leaders. It seems that Yoanna had noticed Dean acting odd, since they had known each other for quite a while now. As Dean walked, he hears Yoanna behind him. She was a stubborn woman, and wouldn't understand the task at hand, nor how important it was. His heart started beating faster as he turned towards her, his face stern as always. He couldn't tell her, no, he wouldn't. He was that type of person. His stern face quickly turned to a more welcoming one, he smiles as he shrugs his shoulders and speaks.

His voice, cold yet his face welcoming. This was unlike Dean actually, his Nekura side started showing more and more lately. Something he had tried to hold back, however, if Yoanna would attack him, he wouldn't stand back. On his back, was a weapon lent to him by his old friend, Byakuran. Albeit a bit long, the two staffs protrude from behind his back, gold in color.
(Gōrudo Sutaffu No Enel) ψ Gold Staves of Enel ψ
Type: Weapon Rank: S Range: Short-Mid Chakra: 40 Damage: N/A Description: The Gold Staff of Enel is told to be forged in the skies where the heavens are located. The staff is told to be the property of an almighty and powerful god of lightning, Enel. Although these were all myths, the two staff proved to be a relic, a symbol of the God's power. The story about the dual staff is a legend, nothing but a myth but it is a fascinating one. The staffs, according to tales, originated from a mysterious city above the clouds, often known as the heavens. The god who ruled during that time went by the name of Enel, a superior lightning shinobi that was described as a god from his powers and skills of the lightning element. Enel acquired the throne to the kingdom by defeating the previous leader at that time, and proclaimed himself as god. The past workers and peacekeepers that once worked for the previous god was forced to physical labor, giving up their lives to the god. The soldiers worked to build an ultimate weapon, a weapon so strong that it had the power to obliterate a whole country on its own. Needless to say, the Enel we speak of is described as a power hungry tyrant, and despite the title he gave himself, he was no where near the ethics of a god. The plan would have succeeded, and if it did, the shinobi world would, more or less be under hos control. No soldiers or villagers had the guts nor the strength to oppose him, and every spark of rebellion was to be taken care of by lightning, in other words, death. Before his plan was set in motion, he was defeated by an unknown shinobi. Legend has it that the man was defeated by a wanderer, and the god descended from his golden thrown in the city of gods to the floors of the deepest seas. Although his body was told to be irretrievable due to the amount of pressure under the sea, the only remembrance the "God" left behind is the two brightly-yellow staffs. The staffs are made entirely of gold. Although they look like plain and simple staffs, the abilities of the staffs are what intrigues modern-day historians who seek power in the world of the Shinobi. Although they were just myths, the two staffs left behind in the land of the ninja world would be a powerful tool, if given to the right shinobi. The only reason people believe and repeatedly hear the myth is because every once a while, the villagers under the Moon country would hear the ringing of bells from the sky. A truly majestic sound that soothed every man, woman, and children yet remain unknown up to this day. The only visible relic is the two staffs, currently wielded by Ace and those who he think is worthy. The story, however, has yet to be proven. This, however, is simply a tale that is most often told to children and is not real whatsoever. Though the relic (weapons) found near the location of the area is the sole reason many argue that such a city exists.
The weapon is a dual staff, including two staffs made of pure gold. It is about three meters tall and two inches in diameter. Despite the composition of the staff's, it is unexpectedly light. This is because of its fairly hollow insides, allowing the user to be able to channel chakra throughout the staff, enabling themselves to perform or activate certain abilities that correspond with the staff's. Because of its light weight, it can be hung behind the back and is easily accessible during battle. The staff itself, even when on your back, will make no difference towards the physical performance of the wielder. The user of the dual staffs will run, punch, kick, walk, move, etc as easy as they would without the staff's on their back. This, of course would have an effect on difficult and complex moves, like backflips, front flips, etc where the body needs to move in a manner that would cause the staff's to hit a solid object, like the floor. This does not mean that it is impossible, but more difficult to perform complex moves such as the ones described above. The physical attributes (height in general) of the user would also come into play whether or not a body movement, like flips, would be slowed down by the dual staffs.

Abilities:
Transformation; Both the staffs are capable of transforming the physical appearance of the weapons. The transformation can only be applied onto the top part of the staffs, and only about 1 meter of the top of the staff can be modified. The user can change the shape of the top part of the staff by channeling lightning chakra into the gold, and turning it into lightning. They will re-shapen the lightning with the use of shape manipulation and shape it to the shape they desire the weapon to be. With further chakra manipulation, the user will solidify the lightning and turn it back to normal gold, with a different physical property. This can only be done to the specific weapons because of its mysterious composition of the two staffs. Each staff can be transformed twice, equalling four times and each time will cost 15 Chakra points and a jutsu slot. There is also a one turn wait to each time a staff can transform. Furthermore, the transformation is limited to the original size. You cannot transform it into a weapon that is longer then the original. Things that would work would be transforming it into a sharp-edged sword, able to perform kenjutsu techniques or a trident, and of course, up to the users imagination. It, however, cannot be used to create larger weapons, only weapons that would still fit in the staffs.Also, once the new tip of the staff impales an opponent/target, it can be heated and burn organs from the inside. This counts as a separate turn and does not count as a limit to the heating. Heating from the inside can only be done once.
Heating: Another ability that comes with the staffs. The user can channel lightning chakra into the insides of the staff and have it shape around the walls of the staff. (Keep in mind that the staff is fairly hollow inside.) By doing so, the user can heat up the gold of the staff, so hot that it could melt through B-rank steel release techniques without melting the staffs. The purpose of this is to attack when it is extremely hot and potentially cause severe burns to a target. This can only be done once per staff, equaling two times together. The actual heating of the staffs do not take that long, a second or two would suffice for the time it takes to reach such a warm temperature. Furthermore, the damage it deals is equivalent to an A-rank fire technique. This counts as a jutsu and costs 15 chakra
Lightning Strike: The user will channel lightning chakra into both of the staves and join them together, having them connect at the top part of the staves. They will release the lightning a few inches away from the two staves, floating in mid-air. It creates a ball of lightning, much like the shape of a Rasengan and can be released with great force, electrocuting any target. This lightning strike counts as a move and is equivalent to an S-rank lightning technique (40 chakra, 80 damage). It has a limit of three uses. Once per battle the user can sacrifice the abilities of the staffs by focusing an immense amount of lightning and unleashing a forbidden rank attack (50 chakra, 90 damage). However, he will be unable to use the staffs abiliites for the rest of the match and will face electrical damage to his hands, rendering his muscles numb for 1 turn.
Restrictions: Note 1: Despite it being two staffs, you can only perform the abilities of the staffs one staff at a time, excluding the transformation ones (Meaning you can't create two whips at the same time, or heat up the staffs at the same time. You can, however, do it one turn at a time, in accordance to time frame.) Each ability used counts as a move. Note 2: Can only be wielded by Ace. and those he allow. Note 3: In NW, this can only be used by one person at a time. Note 4: Heating and transformation is obviously short-range. Note 5: The weapon can transform back to its original form an unlimited amount of time. Note 6: It is indestructible.
''Oh?'' she slightly raised her right eyebrow giving a malicious grim. ''I wouldn't say that'' she muttered as she inconspicuously released paper sheets into the ground between the two. They'd emerge next turn in form of a blooming flower extending fifteen meters between the two.

Description: Konan will stream a large mass of paper sheets into the ground below, before causing them to surface directly beneath the opponent. The sheets will surface around the opponent in the shape of a blooming flower, with their position being the center point of the formation. The source of paper will span out fifteen meters (mid-range) in every direction around the opponent, leaving them completely surrounded. This allows the user to manipulate the sheets of paper directly from the terrain itself to perform various jutsus. However this jutsu can't be used to attack the opponent directly.

She continued her move by merely infusing suiton chakra within the kunai and enveloping it with water before hurling it towards Dean. However the kunai was sent not to hit Dean, but in height of the neck a little bit towards the right. And as it passed Dean, Yoanna performed a single hand seal causing the water which was enveloping kunai to explode creating a huge spinning spear which would encircle her friend but at this moment a foe.

Description: A water variation of Wind Blitz. After infusing water chakra into a kunai, and coating it in malleable water [which takes the shape of the Kunai it's surrouding]. The user will then hurl it at the intended target, and when deemed necessary, the user may wave 1 handseal, controlling the water coating the kunai to expand and spin rapidly around the kunai. Taking the shape of a spinning spear; with the kunai as it's epicenter while spinning. Said spear is 6 feet long and 3 feet wide, capable of piercing and shreadring human flesh with ease. This technique follows a sraight path, thus, only moves foward and in a single direction.

He knew it, she wasn't going to go out easy, she was going to attack. He had never fought her before, so he wasn't exactly sure what she was capable of, but he knew never to underestimate a woman's power. That would be the worse thing to do. Nonetheless, she launches a kunai towards Dean, but not directly. With his experience in fighting shinobi, he knows that they tend to be sneaky, and as such, he forms a single hand seal, which causes Wind to envelope the kunai and turn it back towards Yoanna. A simple technique, yet effective.
Nonetheless, without the need for hand seals, Dean focuses on his Mark of the Demon and causes several portals (up to long range) to open in the sky. From these ominous dark portals falls Keigoku, the most evil of chakra. As it hits Yoanna, she would be greatly damaged, and it would cause effects of Keigoku on her, also prohibiting her from using more powerful techniques without pause. A technique best used as a distraction, but extremely powerful too.

Description: The Nekura clansman opens multiple portals in the sky, each one a few meters wide,causing small drops of Keigoku to fall from the portals like rain, in a shower of individual drops. Any non-Nekura caught in this rain will experience sudden sharp mental pain as the drops touch him. Due to the repeated falling of the Keigoku raindrops, they will not be able to focus enough to use techniques that require intense concentration ( Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu, Medjutsu, etc. ) and cannot string together more than four handseals without pause.This technique can be used twice per battle; each use lasts for two turns, and there needs to be two turns gap between each use.
By sheltering under a suitable defense, the effects of this technique can be avoided.
The effects also apply to non-Nekura allies, and so this technique is not useful in combo battles
or wars.
Dean took over the kunai as paper started to spread throughout the battlefield. Additionally to throwing back the kunai, from the sky Dean started to open portals of sorts. In Yoanna's mind, the first logical reasoning was that an earth technique of sorts is in question. And she decided to take action. Deciding as to change the chakra nature with which she infuses her paper sheets into to the one of wind as to increase their cutting capabilities due to having a coat of sharp wind envelop them, she used it as to modulate a Griffin. A quite big of an animal with wings spawn of five meters. With the frontal thorax of it enveloped with the explosive tag, it was created exactly atop of Yoanna as to not allow anything that is to come from the sky collision onto her. Using the frontal limb as not to just reflect the kunai towards the right on the battlefield but also as to stomp the ground simultaneously causing for a wave of spikes to arise reaching up to ten meters behind Dean. Each spike would be 1 meter in length and it wouldn't quite allow him to stand properly on the ground. Keigoku wouldn't quite do much against the animal, due to Griffin's vast size. ''You are not making it fun.'' she maliciously grinned.

Description:
Konan will infuse paper with elemental chakra (Wind or Earth element) and give paper sheets a specific set of abilities depending on the elemental chakra infused into them. If the user infuses Doton chakra into paper she will be able to change properties of paper in two ways:
- First way is to make paper much more sturdy, almost unbreakable by normal physical power, those paper sheet would be able to go against swords/weapons and similar metal objects as well as having bigger impact damage but at the same time being heavier.
- Second way is to by manipulating earth chakra to make paper much more lighter thus increasing its movement speed. Paper would become fast enough to become blurred to the naked eye yet still trackable.
If the user infuses Futon chakra, the paper will be engulfing in a wind aura which will increase the paper's sharpness, allowing it to cut human flesh more easily. This is possible because of the wind chakra forming a type of wind blade around each paper sheet, allowing it to cut without necessarily having paper touch the opponent. Dance of Nature is used to enhance the power of a certain paper technique. Only one paper technique per turn can be affected by Dance of Nature. If the user performs a paper technique combined with the paper influenced by Dance of Nature, the power of the created technique will be equal to the element alone; for example, Paper technique of B-rank with infused Wind chakra will be equal to power of a B-ranked Futon technique. Activation of Dance of Nature is instant, it only requires the user to induce an already existing paper ninjutsu technique with chakra from their element of choice (earth or wind) and lasts up to 4 turns. The user is able to change the element with which paper is infused as she releases the paper technique.

(Kami no dōbutsu-kai) - Paper Animalia
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary Rank: C-S Range: Short (where the animal is created from the user although animal itself can reach up to Long range) Chakra: 40 Damage: 80 (if explosive tags are used +20) Description: Similar to its parent technique,Paper Folding Technique, this technique allows user to by infusing chakra into paper sheets form different animal shapes out of paper which come with different set of abilties. The animals which are created can vary in size depending on which animal is created.
Paper Phoenix

Paper Phoenix is one of the animals that can be formed with this technique. It's up to 3 meters high and it's length is up to 5 meters from the beak to the tail. Paper phoenix has up to 5 tails which can be used for attacking. It's wings spread up to 7 meters in length and it has abillity to fly as well as have somebody on their back whilst doing so. What is characteristic to Paper Phoenix is that it has ability to completely reform it's body into phoenix after dispersing paper sheets from which it is created into paper sheets formed as feathers. It can only stay up to 3 turns on the battlefield and can only be made once per match. Paper phoenix can release by flapping its wings a paper tornado which is of A rank, goes up to mid range, and counts as a move. Paper sheets from which it is created can be used as source for performance of other techniques. Animal is A-Rank.
One Headed Dragon

One Headed Dragon is as well one of the animals which can be created with this technique. Its length is up to 5 meters and its body is very flexible. Unlike Phoenix it doesn't have ability to fly but has ability to release paper tornado (goes up to mid range) from its month which is of A rank and counts as one of three moves. User has ability to create not one but two One headed Dragons which are of A rank instead of one which is of S rank. Their length is smaller and their body can reach up to 4 meters in length. If two One Headed Dragons are formed they have the ability to simultaneously release a paper tornado each, from their mouth, which counts as a single move but having each paper tornado's power equivalent to B rank.
Paper Cerberus

Paper Cerberus is a three headed dog which is formed of papers infused with chakra. Its size is up to 1 meter high (from its paws to neck) and its length is up to two meters. What is characteristic to Paper Cerberus is that it has ability to release up to 16 sharp claws which are up to 50 centimeters long by swining its paws towards the opponent. More the number of claws released there is the more their power decreases. Its speed is great and it is great to be used in close combat as it can easily cut through opponent with its claws as well as take hold of opponent by having heads attach to the opponent from different sides as to immobilize him or her and similar. Releasing of the claws counts as a move and user can choose which rank they are. Depending on the rank, it can penetrate through solid objects, with S-Rank at the highest being able to destroy solid A-Rank techniques.

Paper Griffin

Paper Griffin is as well as one of the animals which can be formed with this technique. Its size is similar to one of the Three Headed Dog and its wings can spread up to 5 meters. It's front body, thorax to be exact, is covered with uncountable number of explosive tags which can be released in form of a sharp feathers that can easily cut through opponent as well as explode at users will. The feathers which are released can reach up to Mid range. Its claws are sharp and it is as well great to be used in short range. Characteristic to Paper Griffin is the ability to by stomping its foot to release a wave of paper spikes up to 10 meters away of him. The paper spikes which are created are up to 1 meters high and they give paper user great advantages over the terrain as they unable the opponent to stand on the ground unless he or she destroys them. The paper spikes which are formed can be used as a source for performance of other techniques. Paper spikes count as one of three moves and can only be used once per battle. This animal is A-Rank.

Dean knew she had something up her sleeve. It was easy to see, as she created a massive beast like creature made from Paper. She was quite skilled with it, the first in many generations. However, Dean did simply clapped his hands and slammed them onto the ground. As he did so, a large pool of gushing water would be formed beneath both Joanna and the beast, and within mere moments, blast upwards hitting her through her own creation and due to its weakness against water, it would become wet.
As she is hit upwards, Dean forms a single hand seal, causing the water that pooled beneath her to form into 8 bullets that shoot up, through the beast once more and towards her. These bullets then form into a dragon, that cascades downwards in an effort to blast her into the ground. Nonetheless, to increase the power of said technique, Dean forms a few hand seals right after forming the single one (around the time she would be in mid air) and induce a Genjutsu on Joanna. In the Genjutsu, it would start to rain. This rain, once it touches her body, would cause extreme tightness or stiffness of their body. Dean's plan however, was simple. The Nekura technique he had used was still active, which could also be seen as Rain. Now this Genjutsu would work as the perfect layer, making it difficult to deduce. The stiffness of her muscles would make it difficult to perform hand seals, in reality and in the illusion.
"I'm sorry, how about we crank it up a bit?"

Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

Description: The user performs a set of 4 hand seals and casts the target within an illusion, In said illusion the target would see it starting to rain across the entire battlefield, as the droplets of rain touches the targets body it undergoes a drastic change. The target would experience an altered skeletal muscle performance in his/her muscle tone, like an unusual "tightness", stiffness and/or "pull" of the muscles, making it hard for the target to grasp things like kunai's, swords etc, along with failure to perform hand seals and/or move around correctly.
