Description: Vishnu is a longsword with a total length from sword hilt to the tip of the blade of 115 centimeters. The sword’s history is relatively short having only recently been created by Yoanna with the help of Konan after she learned the secrets of Paper Ninjutsu. The sword itself is composed of thousands of small chakra infused sheets of paper each being razor sharp, excluding the hilt and hilt guard of the blade. The guard of the blade itself appears to be the bottom half of a golden flower while the hilt beneath it extends past and possesses the same color.
Vishnu constantly drains the user’s chakra to sustain itself. Its thirst for chakra is quite great in that when not held by the user it will actively seek him or her out. As a sword composed entirely of small razor-sharp chakra infused sheets of paper Vishnu does not slice similar to how a sword does. Instead, the sharp sheets of paper will shave albeit user can change angle at which paper sheets are positioned and thus allow for different kinds of cuts being made upon their target. This can even be used once the sword penetrated through the body of intended target which would cause increase in deterioration made upon them. Each sheet of paper capable of leaving deep paper-cuts along the afflicted area of the opponent’s body. While the ''basic'' form of direction of paper sheets is not as lethal it is still very painful and can cut and shred flesh quite easily. Additionally, because of the sword’s paper nature the user’s chakra flow into the blade will allow it to remain its form and rigidity quite similar to that of an actual sword although with small spiked out edges. Should the sword be damaged the user can continue to feed it chakra and allow it to reform by reconnecting the scattered sheets of paper. Explosive tags as well as flash tags mixed within the normal sheets which would increase capabilities of the sword. Replenishing the hilt of the sword would drain user of 10 chakra points.
First and main ability of the sword is as to make paper sheets leave the hilt of it within users hand and fly away forming like a cloud around the user (spans short-range all around them). Each paper sheet would be self sustaining, self aware and represent sovereign defense due to being apart of Vishnu. (Gōrudo Sutaffu No Enel) ψ Gold Staves of Enel ψ
Elijah stood before an elegant woman. Although he had vowed to never harm a women, this time was different. Her attire consisted of a dark cloak, donned with red clouds. A clear sign that she belonged to the rogue group known as Akastuki. Her Iwagakure banner was scratched right through, possibly with a kunai. Elijah would show her no mercy for abandoning the village.
"I am sorry.."
Elijah says in a stern voice, as he materializes a chakra sphere, only to absorb it once more. As he does so, he simply stomps his foot onto the ground, which releases the sphere deep underground. It then erupts from beneath her, with great force, not only hitting her with the chakra sphere, but also sending debris upwards as it tears through the very ground. Should the sphere hit her, she would be launched upwards. Elijah simply continues by launching a explosive tagged kunai towards her, in an arc, so it hits her when she reaches her peak.

Description: The Gold Staff of Enel is told to be forged in the skies where the heavens are located. The staff is told to be the property of an almighty and powerful god of lightning, Enel. Although these were all myths, the two staff proved to be a relic, a symbol of the God's power. The story about the dual staff is a legend, nothing but a myth but it is a fascinating one. The staffs, according to tales, originated from a mysterious city above the clouds, often known as the heavens. The god who ruled during that time went by the name of Enel, a superior lightning shinobi that was described as a god from his powers and skills of the lightning element. Enel acquired the throne to the kingdom by defeating the previous leader at that time, and proclaimed himself as god. The past workers and peacekeepers that once worked for the previous god was forced to physical labor, giving up their lives to the god. The soldiers worked to build an ultimate weapon, a weapon so strong that it had the power to obliterate a whole country on its own. Needless to say, the Enel we speak of is described as a power hungry tyrant, and despite the title he gave himself, he was no where near the ethics of a god. The plan would have succeeded, and if it did, the shinobi world would, more or less be under hos control. No soldiers or villagers had the guts nor the strength to oppose him, and every spark of rebellion was to be taken care of by lightning, in other words, death. Before his plan was set in motion, he was defeated by an unknown shinobi. Legend has it that the man was defeated by a wanderer, and the god descended from his golden thrown in the city of gods to the floors of the deepest seas. Although his body was told to be irretrievable due to the amount of pressure under the sea, the only remembrance the "God" left behind is the two brightly-yellow staffs. The staffs are made entirely of gold. Although they look like plain and simple staffs, the abilities of the staffs are what intrigues modern-day historians who seek power in the world of the Shinobi. Although they were just myths, the two staffs left behind in the land of the ninja world would be a powerful tool, if given to the right shinobi. The only reason people believe and repeatedly hear the myth is because every once a while, the villagers under the Moon country would hear the ringing of bells from the sky. A truly majestic sound that soothed every man, woman, and children yet remain unknown up to this day. The only visible relic is the two staffs, currently wielded by Ace and those who he think is worthy. The story, however, has yet to be proven. This, however, is simply a tale that is most often told to children and is not real whatsoever. Though the relic (weapons) found near the location of the area is the sole reason many argue that such a city exists.
The weapon is a dual staff, including two staffs made of pure gold. It is about three meters tall and two inches in diameter. Despite the composition of the staff's, it is unexpectedly light. This is because of its fairly hollow insides, allowing the user to be able to channel chakra throughout the staff, enabling themselves to perform or activate certain abilities that correspond with the staff's. Because of its light weight, it can be hung behind the back and is easily accessible during battle. The staff itself, even when on your back, will make no difference towards the physical performance of the wielder. The user of the dual staffs will run, punch, kick, walk, move, etc as easy as they would without the staff's on their back. This, of course would have an effect on difficult and complex moves, like backflips, front flips, etc where the body needs to move in a manner that would cause the staff's to hit a solid object, like the floor. This does not mean that it is impossible, but more difficult to perform complex moves such as the ones described above. The physical attributes (height in general) of the user would also come into play whether or not a body movement, like flips, would be slowed down by the dual staffs.

Abilities:
- Transformation; Both the staffs are capable of transforming the physical appearance of the weapons. The transformation can only be applied onto the top part of the staffs, and only about 1 meter of the top of the staff can be modified. The user can change the shape of the top part of the staff by channeling lightning chakra into the gold, and turning it into lightning. They will re-shapen the lightning with the use of shape manipulation and shape it to the shape they desire the weapon to be. With further chakra manipulation, the user will solidify the lightning and turn it back to normal gold, with a different physical property. This can only be done to the specific weapons because of its mysterious composition of the two staffs. Each staff can be transformed twice, equalling four times and each time will cost 15 Chakra points and a jutsu slot. There is also a one turn wait to each time a staff can transform. Furthermore, the transformation is limited to the original size. You cannot transform it into a weapon that is longer then the original. Things that would work would be transforming it into a sharp-edged sword, able to perform kenjutsu techniques or a trident, and of course, up to the users imagination. It, however, cannot be used to create larger weapons, only weapons that would still fit in the staffs.Also, once the new tip of the staff impales an opponent/target, it can be heated and burn organs from the inside. This counts as a separate turn and does not count as a limit to the heating. Heating from the inside can only be done once.
- Heating: Another ability that comes with the staffs. The user can channel lightning chakra into the insides of the staff and have it shape around the walls of the staff. (Keep in mind that the staff is fairly hollow inside.) By doing so, the user can heat up the gold of the staff, so hot that it could melt through B-rank steel release techniques without melting the staffs. The purpose of this is to attack when it is extremely hot and potentially cause severe burns to a target. This can only be done once per staff, equaling two times together. The actual heating of the staffs do not take that long, a second or two would suffice for the time it takes to reach such a warm temperature. Furthermore, the damage it deals is equivalent to an A-rank fire technique. This counts as a jutsu and costs 15 chakra
- Lightning Strike: The user will channel lightning chakra into both of the staves and join them together, having them connect at the top part of the staves. They will release the lightning a few inches away from the two staves, floating in mid-air. It creates a ball of lightning, much like the shape of a Rasengan and can be released with great force, electrocuting any target. This lightning strike counts as a move and is equivalent to an S-rank lightning technique (40 chakra, 80 damage). It has a limit of three uses. Once per battle the user can sacrifice the abilities of the staffs by focusing an immense amount of lightning and unleashing a forbidden rank attack (50 chakra, 90 damage). However, he will be unable to use the staffs abiliites for the rest of the match and will face electrical damage to his hands, rendering his muscles numb for 1 turn.

Hehehe.. She muttered, observing his motion. A sphere upon being released, re-entered his body before he slammed his foot onto the ground. This time around, she knew it was neither the fire nor earth that he was releasing, but it was rather something completely different. The earth beneath of her started to shake. She was expecting something to come forth underneath of her. She took per advantage her ability to manipulate the paper sheets. Releasing chakra into them and creating a wave directly underneath of her which would push her towards her right.
(Etlingera no keisei) – The Formation of Etlingera
A wisp of hair fall onto her visage. The two were still at mid range. She released suiton chaka in a kunai, completely enveloping it, however from distance such would be barely visible. The kunai was directed a little bit towards his right, purposly trying to miss him. As it reaches just pass him, she would perform a single hand seal, causing the water which was previously enveloping it to expend creating a spinning spear around Elijah.

The first hand seal was followed by another one in addition to release of chakra in the ground around him. This caused for two sections of earth to arise from his right and left trying to crush him.

The paper can maintain their form and shape for longer periods of time than normal by continually feeding chakra into it. Should the user desire they can use explosive tags instead of regular paper allowing for an increase of +20 damage through the explosive power of the paper tags. User can also mix up flash bomb which are in paper form, similar to how explosive tags look. They can either be detonated with a performance with a seal or on impact with a solid object.

She could easily dodge the sphere with her odd usage of Paper Ninjutsu, something Elijah had only seen now for the first time, but heard of it before. Nonetheless, as she makes her way from the chakra sphere, she releases a kunai towards Elijah, who immediately senses through his unique clan skill, that there is Water chakra around said kunai. With a single hand seal, Elijah would focus his Soapstone chakra, and create a inwards curving dome, which would easily stop the kunai not far from the woman, and from said dome, several spikes would be fired towards her body, aiming to injure her, on her new found position.
As this happens, Elijah feels the ground around him start to shake, and he senses Earthen chakra. He simply focuses his Lightning based chakra, and slams his hands onto the ground. This not only cancels out the Earth based chakra, but also sends the Lightning racing towards her, in the form of tendrils which runs across the ground and split into several tendrils, moving around the created dome of Sopastone, coming from both her left and right, should she try and escape. Elijah's sensing stays active throughout, allowing him to taste her chakra, should she try and escape underground.

The kunai was so easily deflected with a dome of sorts from which in mere moments a barrage of spikes was shoot. She reacted quickly by completely transfering her body in paper butterflied and causing for them to merely miss her due to her body not having an exact, complete, form. The paper butterflies moved quickly. And due to her senses still being completely available to her in this form she could notice lighting starting to spread. However, she did re-create her body in front of the doom, but also causing for lightning to merely miss.

With replenishing of her body, she performed a sequence of two hand seals in quick succession. The said action caused for a portal to open above Elijah, which completely affected short range radius around him. From the portal thick sticky mud started to drop.

The sequence of hand seals was followed by a release of paper sheets around her old ally. The paper sheets started to shift as to create a tornado around him which would rapidly shrink as to crush him. In addition, each paper sheets from which the tornado is created would turn around its own axis increasing its cutting potency.

As the tornado is formed around the opponent it would start to compress itself around the opponent until it crushes them. Suddenly, Elijah hears something open up above him. Could it be? A massive portal is formed, and without a doubt in his mind, he would use this opportunity. Without the need for hand seals, Elijah would create a blunt pillar beneath his feet which would shoot him to his left, out of the range of the falling mud. However, as he is shot to his left, her right, he would simply utter the words;
"Sectumsempra!"
The gathered Sound based chakra is then released towards her with great speed, and upon impact, her body would be slashed, as if a sword had struck her. However, it was simply a Sound technique.
"Seems like you'd have to be subdued."

As I've seen your course of action, I changed my plan immediately. Not sending forth paper to envelop you but rather releasing chakra into the ground to your left and right. From the ground two fists would emerge being shoot in a upwards-diagonal traject. And due to the way in which your body is moving in mid-air the one fist which is on your left would reach you much faster than one on the right. The fists would be released as projectiles following heat produced by your body. In addition they would be quite great in size.

The Fire is compressed and through chakra manipulation made to be in the shape of two hands up until the forearm, with both ends forming a fist which is dense and able to deal extreme physical, as well as burning damage. The length of each arm is roughly 3 meters, and the girth of the wrist area 2, giving it quite a wide diameter, allowing them to strike multiple people at once if they are all within the same area. This jutsu is used by the user as if the opponent was standing directly in front of him, with the users own hands performing punching motions which are then instantly and directly mimicked by the fiery fists. The user can use these hands made of Fire to perform other tasks such as open palmed attacks, grabbing of objects/people (whilst keeping in mind the burning characteristic), and anything else which can be done with normal hands. A secondary use of this jutsu allows the user to simply release his chakra and pin point the opponent but then no longer have the ability to control them, but instead leaving the two fists to act as projectiles which once released simply travel towards the opponent leaving the user to perform other techniques. The fists do this by tracking other bodies of heat from the surrounding area which does not belong to the user.
~ Can only be taught by Erzo. Used 3 times per battle, only lasts until defended from, or until deactivated. However, if manipulated to mimic the users own fists, the user can't use jutsus of other elemental nature until the jutsu has stopped. After usage, must wait 2 turns before using again, and no other Fire jutsu above S-rank can be used within the same and the next turn.

The release of katon chakra was continued by me sending forth a single kunai in your heart's direction with an explosive tag attached to it whilst strolling towards you.

As Elijah made his way up, he could see the materializing of Fire from the ground. Not only did he see them, he could taste them with his skill. Nonetheless, it was no issue at all. Like seriously, Elijah was so prepared for this, and by simply focusing his Sound chakra and focusing on the vibratory frequency of the Fire technique, and with a simple roar, Elijah would mimic the frequency, causing them to clash. This nullifies the Fire completely, leaving nothing but dispersed energy. As Elijah moves, he forms one hand seal, inducing a dormant Genjutsu (which doesn't take effect now, obviously) and forms another hand seal, which causes Wind to envelope the kunai, and allows Elijah to turn it back upon the girl. The two hand seals, are near indistinguishable from each other, he lands shortly after having sent the kunai back.
