No problem, I will role playing with Danzo, since I recently got him approved. So excuse Danzo's lack of fun and enjoyment, he's a very serious guy xd
A sinister Wind blows across the training field, as a legend walks towards a young student in need of training. A figure of hate and fear, Danzo Shimura, was quite the infamous man. Clad with his usual attire, and a bandage over his right eye, and his hair ever so spiky, Danzo walked with elegance. With a wooden stick in his right hand, he uses it as a support as finally makes it to his student. His face, stoic. Danzo squints his visible left eye, as he starts talking.
"Bell Cranel... I have read about you. New shinobi, trying to make your way in the dangerous NW. I am Danzo Shimura, one of the most powerful Shinobi that has ever graced these hallowed grounds. I hope you will be capable of providing me with sufficient answers and fast too. I am an old man, I can't wait around for young Shinobi that think that the world is all pink and rainbows.
Nonetheless, it seems I will be teaching you Ninjutsu. A very crucial art. Tell me everything you know about Ninjutsu... (You can use the wiki, but don't copy anything straight from it, use it as a reference)."

Bell-kun stands in front of the great underground leader of Konoha, Danzo Shimura. The contrast between the great leader and Bell-kun was like night and day. The great leader was aged and enveloped in hatred. Danzo-dono had definitely seen his fair share of fights in his time. The same could not be said about Bell-kun. He was still raw. Never having been trained before, Bell-kun was visibly excited in the face of his sensei who could care less. Even as Danzo-dono's harsh words entered Bell-kun's mind and heart, greater than the fear of his own death, was his excitement for the future. With rosy cheeks and a simple smile, Bell-kun nodded to Danzo-dono's words.
"I will not disappoint you Danzo-dono!
Ninjutsu, which literally means Ninja Techniques, is a ninja's attempt to overcome the physical barriers of his body. It is the ninja's attempt to achieve feats that cannot normally be achieved. Ninjutsu can be used for a various number of purposes such as transforming into other objects, summoning animals, walking on water or trees, and many other things. Ninjutsu relies on the principle of using chakra. Chakra is the combination of a ninja's physical and spiritual energy. Chakra is the life force of a ninja and running out of it is very risky and can lead to death. In order to perform Ninjutsu, ninja manipulate chakra in their chakra system using hand seals to control the flow of chakra. But the stronger a ninja grows, the more skilled he becomes, and can even use techniques as if they were second nature. Through the use of Ninjutusu, ninja can surpass their limits and perform extraordinary feats."
After stating everything that he knows, Bell-kun waits patiently in front of Dazno-dono.

Danzo listens to the young student as he answers his question. He knew a considerable amount of what Ninjutsu is, and how important it is to being a shinobi. It was vital. Danzo himself knew this, Ninjutsu being one of the first fields he had actually learned himself from various sensei. Although he was old, he had a large amount of knowledge, he was a legend after all.
"Very good, for a new shinobi, you seem to know quite a lot. Now, you didn't come here for theoretical aspects of Ninjutsu, but rather to learn the practical uses of Ninjutsu, in order to use it battle. Nonetheless, let us proceed forward."
Danzo says as he slams his wooden staff to the ground with great force, emphasising the beginning of learning the techniques. Danzo's face became even more serious as he looked at his student and said;
"Now, my way of teaching is simple. I will explain the technique to you, then I want you to analyse it for me. The analysis would include what the technique does, advantages to the technique and disadvantages and how you would use it in battle."
Danzo stayed quiet for a while, then starts to explain the first technique.
"The very first technique, D rank in nature, allows you to call forth needles in your mouth through the use of chakra. Once the needles are in your mouth, you will release them towards the opponent with great accuracy.
A very simple technique, allowing you to summon forth needles through the use of chakra, and release them with ease towards the opponent. Analyse it for me, I will add points if you miss them, but try your best."

"I understand Danzo-dono!" Bell-kun responds enthusiastically as he begins to perform the technique.
Bell-kun begins to focus chakra in his mouth as instructed by his Sensei. He uses the chakra in his mouth in order to call forth many sharp thin needles. Bell-kun uses the chakra that is in his mouth in order to release the needles out of his mouth with great speed and accuracy. Bell-kun begins to aim for a tree a short distance away from him. He releases several needles toward the tree and Bell-kun is practicing his aim in order to try to hit each leaf with a separate needle. After practicing several times in order to perfect his aim, Bell-kun turns to his Sensei.

The advantages of the technique is that the one who uses the technique is able to summon sharp needles on a moments notice without even the need of hand seals that advanced techniques require. The technique can be lethal since the needles can pierce through ordinary flesh such as someone's throughout or stomach region. Disadvantages of the technique is that it is just needles. There are many ways to block it such as hardening your body like Kakuzu or uses wind techniques to blow it away. The needles can be blocked in many ways if used obviously. Danzo was fairly impressed by his student, Bell. He did quite well, and as such, Danzo threw a scroll towards him. The scroll contained the technique he had just learned. It was the way Danzo did things.
"Very good, we'll progress well if you keep that up. Here you go."
"Next technique we'll cover, utilizes a shuriken and using chakra to make it more deadly. You will throw a giant windmill shuriken towards the opponent. Immediately after, you will throw another Windmill shuriken, and through the use of chakra, hide it in the shadow of the first one. The second shuriken is then a surprise to the opponent, should it head towards them. An interesting technique overall."
Danzo waits for Bell to do as he is instructed.

Bell-kun grabs a shuriken and holds it in his right hand. He begins to add chakra to the metallic weapon to make it even stronger. At the same time he grabbed the first shuriken, Bell-kun also took out another shuriken making sure that his opponent was not aware of it. Bell-kun threw the shuriken forward then with a slight time delay threw the second shuriken right below the first shuriken. Bell-kun used his chakra in the first shuriken to make sure that the second shuriken was hidden in the shadow of the first shuriken. The opponent is completely unaware of the second shuriken that Bell-kun threw making it a very useful technique to surprise the opponent.
"The technique lets you throw an additional shuriken in the shadow of the first shuriken to catch the opponent by surprise. The advantage of the technique is that because it hides an additional shuriken in the shadow of the first shuriken it is a very good technique to throw the opponent off balance. If they are not able to see the second shuriken until after they block the first then they will be forced to change their plans. The disadvantage is that both shuriken are throw close together. So uses something very big or something like an explosive tag that is able to blow the entire area up as seen when Kakashi used that method can render the whole technique useless. I would try to throw the shuriken at my opponent as a distraction because if they try to use a big technique, I can use it as an opening to attack because I do not need to do any hand seals and have a wide varieties of options. I can even try to get into close range to release needles at why opponent while they guard the two shuriken."

The next technique was analysed with ease, and Danzo listened with great attention. This kid... He squinted his eyes, looking at him. Young, but he would become a great shinobi, however, Danzo kept these thoughts to himself. Praise would only make him lose focus. Danzo nodded his head, as he threw the scroll.
"Good. Here is the technique."
"Now the next technique is only useful against animals, and not even large ones either. You will use your chakra to restrain the animal, as you focus on it. This would constrict the animal to its place, and allow you to escape or perhaps attack (though it says you have to keep your focus on the animal). This can be broken by an outside force, and thus does not work against larger summons. Use it against my small summon."
Danzo focuses his chakra, and summons forth a generic Box Jellyfish.

Bell-kun focuses all his attention of the Box Jellyfish summoned by his Sensei. He looks at the animal and remembers his Sensei's words. Detective L-sensei had told him that this new technique that Sensei was teaching him would not work on large animals, but a Box Jellyfish is not very big. Bell-kun decided this would be a perfect chance of use the technique. Bell-kun begins to release chakra from his body and moves it toward the Box Jellyfish. He focuses on only the animal and spreads his chakra so that it covers the entire body of the Box Jellyfish. Bell-kun creates a mental image of the chakra squeezing the Box Jellyfish and keeping it in place. Bell-kun makes his chakra rigid and solid so that it cannot be broken by a small animal such as this.
"The technique is meant to restrict a small animal from moving. It cannot work on large animals and most likely other ninja because you are using your chakra to try to hold the physical movements of the animal in place. The large the animal the stronger it is, and with more power, the animal would be able to break the chakra that you are using to bind the body. Advantages of this technique are that you are able to stop small animals in their tracks. This is good because smaller animals are much harder targets to hit and often are predicating of quick movement. Ninja do not have to time to worry about catching them. This technique sets them in one place making them sitting ducks for your attacks. You can even go up close and grab them or stab them. The disadvantage is that it does not work on large animals. The technique is limited to very specific situations. I would only use this when there is a small animal summon such as your Box Jellyfish summon or Akamaru when he was a pup. By preventing the summon from moving, I would be able to stop any combinations the other ninja is trying to perform with the summon. This can make an opening in which I can attack during the time the combination attacks fail."

Bell was right once more, the techniques were simple though. As they would go on, the techniques would start to gain some form of complexity, and also become somewhat monotonous. Danzo realized he never really liked Ninjutsu, but it formed part of his combat style. He throws the next scroll towards Bell.
"Well done. Here you go."

The user releases his pure intent to kill towards the opponent, and the closer you are to the intended victim, the more potent it is. This killing intent is capable of paralysing the opponent, and even giving them visions of their own death, which is why some people think its Genjutsu. Like the previous technique, one needs to focus on the intended victim and keep it. One needs to be able to see the opponent to use it. The technique has various other effects depending on rank, but I want you to analyse it and tell me."

Bell-kun imagines himself in a situation where he is very close to an opposing ninja. Bell-kun does not want to lose. He realizes that he wants to win at all costs. The only way to win would be to kill his opponent. Bell-kun's feelings begin to overwhelm him and he has not other desire than to kill the opposing ninja. Bell-kun releases his killing aura from his body and directs it toward the opposing ninja who the killing aura is focused on. Bell-kun's overwhelming killing aura causes the opposing ninja to shake in his boots and become paralyzed with fear. Though Bell-kun does not know what the opposing ninja is thinking, he sees the opposing ninja stop in his tracks and sees cold sweat forming on the ninja's forehead. Bell-kun continues to focus on killing the ninja preventing the ninja from staying calm under the pressure of the images his mind has created from the fear.
"It is a technique that is used to bring fear into the mind of the target of the killing intent. It reminds me of Hisoka's killing intent from HunterxHunter and how in the presence of the killing intent Gon was not able to move. The technique makes it so the opponent is so scared that they are paralyzed and unable to move or think properly. They are a sitting duck that leaves can be attacked. Advantages of the technique is that it can paralyze the opponent if you are stronger than them and close to them. You can paralyze them then hit them with a swift kick or target them with a shuriken. If you are 2 ranks near each other, it only causes the opponent to hesitate, but if you are more than 2 ranks stronger, it will completely paralyze them in short distance. The disadvantage is that someone stronger than you can use their own Killing Intent and you would be left as the sitting duck instead. It stops you from molding chakra so you can only use physical attacks and weapons. I do not think I would use this technique because my character (Bell-kun) would not use something like this. But if I had to use it with another character, then it would be very good to use while fighting with a kunai so that I can stab them while they are frozen if I am stronger than them."

His analyses was on point once more, and Danzo merely listened. This kid was not hardened enough to be a shinobi! However, he was not going to force his ways onto the young child just yet. Danzo growls softly, as he throws the scroll.
"Very good, but you are still soft. This will change with time."

Bell-kun releases chakra from the chakra points in his body and he begins to shape the chakra into sakura petals. Bell-kun causes the sakura petals to spiral around his opponent creating a perfect vortex of sakura petals. He moves the sakura petals in a wild and uncoordinated pattern that continues to spin widely around his opponent. Bell-kun's opponent is caught up in the swirling of the sakura petals and is confused. The swirling of the petals causes Bell-kun's opponent to become blinded after he had used this technique. Bell-kun uses his opponent's confusion and their blindness to attack them. He moves behind his opponent even though his opponent is blinded in order to strike at the largest opening. Bell-kun takes out a kunai and stabs his opponent in the spine region to deliver a fatal blow.
"The technique allows you to shape your chakra into sakura petals and use these petals to confuse and blind your opponent. It ids a very useful technique and gives the one who uses it the advantage of taking away one of the opponent's sense, in this case the sense of sight. The opponent won't be able to see anything which gives you many openings in which you can attack or just move around to somewhere you want to go. The disadvantage is that I saw that there is a Chakra Sensory Technique and it makes the user sense Chakra so even without the sense of sight some people are able to block you like it's nothing. It is a good technique to use to blind your opponent in close range then attack with kicks or weapons, but if they can sense you with the Chakra Sensory Technique then they can counter you without any problems. I think it is very useful to be able to take away one sense. This going to be different than all the training you may have had before. I don't require you to analyze them or perform them in a vacuum. Instead I'm going to give you three techniques (the max you can use per turn), your job is to create a concise and well-detailed move/attack where you use all the techniques I give you efficiently. If your move is good, we move on. If not, we'll discuss the mistakes. No need for long moves if the techniques are simple/limited. Have some underlying strategy and show you know how the techniques work.

This jutsu is very basic. The user simply just throws kunai that have pouches attached to them.The pouch first explodes releasing explosive notes then the explosive notes or ignited with a last kunai that has an explosive note ready to explode. The simplest way to use this is to distract your opponent with Genjutsu so they cannot pay attention to the explosive tag, or blinding the opponent could work as well. You need to distract your opponent before you can use it because defending against it is very easy. You can just throw normal kunai to knock the kunai your pouches away before they explode. Or just a stronger wind or fire blast to completely push the kunai away and snuff the explosion.

This technique is a bit more complex but you should be able to do it as it is basic manipulate of chakra. This is the stepping stone to higher clone technique specifically shadow clone technique. The user creates the clone using the clone hand seal obviously and will create it the same way he creates any clones. The user will split their chakra into even parts then release the chakra out of their body. For this jutsu, you must only visualize your appearance then recreate that visualization. This is why this jutsu is simpler. You only need to understand the visualization while for shadow clone there are additional steps. The clone is purely a visual creation hence illusions. They have no physical forms. Sensors and eye techs like the Sharingan can see through this easily.

This is a technique where you use your chakra to expand an existing material. It is a basic skill that is required for more advanced jutsu where you are required to materialize solid substance from pure chakra even without something took start as a base, and helps you analyze the material that an object is made up of using your chakra. When you throw the shuriken at your opponent you infuse the shuriken with a large amount of chakra channeled into the shuriken. When the shuriken reaches the appropriate distance you then use your chakra to enlarge the shuriken. You do this by using your chakra to study the make up of the shuriken, then you replicate the make up and produce a large scale version of it. This technique is useful in simple battles but I find no real offensive use other than combining it with wind perhaps. I say this because it can be blocked numerous ways, wind blast, fire blast, earth wall. Basically if it makes common sense, you can use it to block the shuriken.
If you've never fought before, I recommend placing the techniques in a spoiler at the end of your post and explaining your moves in paragraph form, but whatever works for you I guess.

Bell-kun begins to run toward Crutch Kaguya-sensei in a straight path. As he is running, Bell-kun creates many intangible copies of himself using (Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu) - Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique. He creates two intangible copies on his left and two on his right. The copies of Bell-kun approach Crutch Kaguya-sensei from both sides in order to draw his attention. The intangible copies cannot actually interact with physical objects but Bell-kun makes them act as if they are going to grab Crutch Kaguya-sensei and hold him in place. Bell-kun takes out one of his shuriken and throws it at Crutch Kaguya-sensei while he is running toward sensei. Using the chakra that Bell-kun put into the shuriken, he causes it to massively enlarge through the use of (Ninpo: Kyojin Shuriken no Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Giant Shuriken Technique and slam into his sensei, knocking Crutch Kaguya-sensei away. After sensei is knocked away, Bell-kun throws two kunai, one with a pouch attached to it and another with an explosive tag attached. The pouch explodes once it gets near sensei releasing many small explosive notes then the explosive tag also explodes causing a huge explosion.

This enables the user to do sneak attacks and well planned out trick maneuvers. Again, this is not a technique to use in a shoot out. The technique is similar to transformation and the only way to tell if its a transformation by viewing it or by landing a blow on the opponent causing them to time out.

Bell-kun begins to run toward straight toward you. He has his hands in his pockets the whole time that he is running. As Bell-kun gets close to you, he takes his hands out of his pockets revealing several nails in his hand. He stops running and bends down and plants the nails in the ground. The nails move through the ground rise up under your feet and pin you in place while the remaining nails blast out of the ground and try to cut you in the face. Bell-kun still has his hand on the ground and uses it to copy the properties of the earth. He retains his low positions and turns his body to sweep your legs. You don't fall down because your feet are pinned to the ground. Bell-kun moves behind you and knees you in the back as you are left in a difficult position.

Remember your job is to make a solid move, so your understanding of whether or not a technique can be used together is also important. You can use other Ninjutsu you already learned if it is appropriate.

This techniques offensively is nothing more than a spray of needles. I cannot counter any elemental attacks other than ones its can pass through like lightning, and to defend against it just use any elemental attack capable of pushing objects; earth, wind, fire, and water. You throw the umbrella into the air while it spins and release your chakra from the sharp point and direct the needles at your target. Defend against it the same way as the technique above, and offensively, most useful as a distraction, not as a direct attack.

You need use your chakra to constantly provide an upward force on the kunai that negates the force of gravity so that it remains at rest. Not enough chakra will cause it to start falling or not even levitate. It requires no hand seals from that I am aware. The technique is great offensively in a fist fight. You can throw the kunai in front of you as you run toward you opponent and then as you attack them with your body you can use the openings to unleash the kunai. Bell-kun begins to run toward his opponent. He starts with a light jog as he puts one of his hands into his pockets and collects many kunai with explosive tags attached to them. Bell-kun takes the kunai with explosive tags out of his pockets and tosses them into the air in front of him. The kunai almost begin to drop into the air but suddenly begin to float in the air front of him. Bell-kun then begins a full sprint toward his opponent. While Bell-kun is running, many other copies of him appear throughout the battlefield. These copies also have the explosive tagged kunai hovering front of them but are only illusions that mimic the original Bell-kun's movements. Suddenly all the kunai are launched from in front of Bell-kun and explode in the face of his opponent knocking his opponent back as well as picking up some dust to blind his opponent. Bell-kun then releases a mist of needles into the cloud of dust where his opponent cannot see him so the needs puncture his opponent's body.

( Rakka Kibaku Fuda ) - Falling Paper Bomb

Description: The user will throw three paper bombs connected to kunai that act like parachutes and float down above the enemy where the user will then make the hand seal to explode the explosive tags when they reach their desired location.
Another technique that requires the use of weapons. This uses kunai in conjunction with paper bombs to make a lethal combo. The technique actually requires no hand seals or use of chakra. This is a purely weapons based technique. Grab three kunai that have paper bombs connected to them and throw them in and arc upward toward the target so that when they come down the parachutes made using the paper bombs open and float down. Make one seal to make the tags explode. This is a good technique to attack the opponent from above as a distraction to follow up with a ground based attack. The technique by itself is not that powerful and I prefer throwing paper bomb kunai in free form. Guarding against it is simple. Again, any wind, fire, or water blast that can knock them back and be used to counter. Or the simplest way, the way I recommend is to just throw kunai yourself and deflect them.
(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.
The basis of this technique is chakra distribution. Focus your chakra throughout your body and feel the amount of chakra inside of you. Once you feel that you know the total amount of chakra, begin to divide the chakra in half. Once you have found the perfect balance between half of the chakra that will remain in you and the half that will be released, perform the single seal and release half of your chakra out of your body at once. Shape the chakra into your image and mold the chakra to have a physical appearance. The clone should look exactly like you, if it is deformed it means there is no balance in the distribution. Offensively and defensively the allows you to defend against several attacks or attack several times at once. One physical blow to the clone will cause it to time out.
( Gen'ei Tajū Shuriken ) - Multiple Phantom Shuriken

Description: After performing the shadow clone technique the user and the two clones perform the Dog → Rabbit → Monkey → Clap Hands and they throw several shuriken which multiply and attack the opponent.
Note: Requires two shadow clones before use.
Now perform the shadow clone jutsu. Perform the hand seals while focusing small amounts of chakra into the shuriken you are holding in your hand. Throw the shuriken and then divide the chakra you put into the shuriken into equal amounts. Cut the chakra in these equal amounts to separate parts and move to chakra out, once you move it out of the shuriken shape the chakra into the very shape of the shuriken and give the chakra physical characteristics. This technique can be used to defend unless someone is running at you, and offensive again not really offensive unless someone is running at you.
