Madara senses that Sasuke is very direct blood of the So6P referring to his straight comma eyes.
At this point, I believe that Madara will either activate the eye of the moon plan, collect the tailed beasts and use susano juubi.
I'm not trying to be a know it all but I think we can put down our kunai and just chat about how amazing this plot is turning out eh?
