[Discussion] Destruction of universes flaw!

In the upcoming tournament we all know that the only remaining universe will be the one that wins.
But we all know that uniiverse 7 will win in the end, if not then the series will end (which could be a good ending because it would be so unexpected)
But if universe 7 do win then goku could use the super dragon balls to revive all the universes that zeno destroyed.
We dont know the limit of the super dragon balls but im assuming they would have a a great deal of power seeings they are the super dragon balls.
If goku does wish for all universes to be revived then there could be a chance that the universe that the other zeno destroyed might come back into existence and black zamasu might return. unlikely but there is a chance of that happening
i personally dont think that will happen because i dont think they will make villains return like they have done in the past with freezer and a few other villains.

also i would just love to see goku challege all the gods of destruction to a fight 1 at a time and even try fighting the grand priest.
dont think he will challenge zeno because he is his friend and im sure goku isnt that stupid and would realise he will be erased straight away.​

Yeah i know you can make it simple but would be interesting if they stuffed it up to where black zamasu was revived?

honestly...What most likely gonna happen is that the future Zeno gonna play too much to the point he will create evil gods just for entertainment.

Why wish for all Universes to be revived and leave it at that? The smarter wish would be to not just revive all Universes, but to combine them all into Universe 7.

This grants new enemies, Planet Salad with all the Saiyans, Vegeta can go be King of Saiyans and train them all. This opens up a whole new arc for DBZ characters. makes it possible for them all to keep growing and then there is even more reason for characters to progress.

The best warrior will win the super dragonballs.

F.e. it could be that universe 7 will be destroyed and that someone from a different universe will wish the universes back.
