Take the most powerful long ranged techniques of the most powerful shinobi in the NV (and by most powerful techniques, I'm talking the huge mofos that wreck shit up like no other), and focus them at one spot. How much damage to the land do you think that would do?

Now do the same thing with the most powerful close quarters techniques, and focus them on one PERSON (again, it's gotta jack that person up). Damage?
