Tokusen:
Like Kami's Lookout from DBZ, it's a platform supported by a pole. Besides that, the designs and buildings and such aren't the same whatsoever.

Chapter 4
High up in the Hell Realm's crimson sky that is supported by a strong, invincible pole stands a massive platform named Tokusen, which means "special". Tokusen's surface consists of two grand mansions, one red and one purple. The red mansion is where Itachi Uchiha resides in this realm and the purple mansion is home to Nagato Uzumaki. No one bothers either shinobi, due to fear or respect. Most souls wouldn't even be able to reach Tokusen in the first place, but Itachi ascends to its top with his ability to transform into crows and Nagato uses his control over gravity to fly there.

When a person dies and becomes a soul, any and all foreign body parts and such are eliminated from his/her's appearance and are replaced with his/her's natural features. Even scars and birth defects vanishes from one's image after death. Nagato is a special case, being that the Sage of the Six Paths granted him to keep his rinnegan in the afterlife. One's destination after death is usually decided by the Sage of the Six Paths, which is either the Heaven Realm or Hell Realm. The Sage thinks highly Itachi and Nagato, but they have harmed too many people in their living days to be blessed with the privilege of residing in the Heaven Realm for the rest of eternity.

The two incredible shinobi stands at the edge of the platform, overlooking the Hell Realm. Down below, an enormous gathering of souls make their way to Typhon.

Itachi: Fascinating...in all my time here, I've not once seen a crowd of this magnitude.

Nagato: Neither have I. You think Raizen is up to something?

Itachi: Yes. That's the only explanation that makes sense. These pathetic souls usually gather amongst each other
only when a brawl is occurring.

Nagato: That mad-man and his schemes...

Itachi: If someone is to appear here and attempt to force us to travel to Typhon, I am prepared to resist. Are you?...

Nagato: Absolutely. This is the only place in this cursed realm where I can find peace and so no one will take that
away from me.

Itachi: I pity anyone who dares to inconvenience us.

Nagato: (Inconvenience...) Itachi, what if Raizen is plotting to bring inconvenience to the people of the World of the Living?! Being the reason why he's assembling so many souls!

Itachi: !!!!! Raizen is indeed a demi-god, so I assume such a thing is possible. An assumption isn't enough though, proof is required. We must infiltrate Typhon to obtain knowledge of his intentions. We've minded our business long enough, my good friend. Now, Raizen seems to be scheming something that will affect innocents, which I won't allow.

Nagato: Neither will I.

Itachi and Nagato enters the fray!
