She couldn't absorb it because Naruto's bijuu chakra synced with the bijuu chakra she possessed, the same thing happened to Obito. The same thing won't happen to Sasuke because he's not a jinchuriki

The blind spot is at the back of the neck. Sakura was above her head. She's also not small enough to fit in the blind spot.
