Members have a right to post in this section as frequently as they wish as long as the rules are being followed, however, as of now there is a rule about the minimum of what can be posted in each thread. When posting avatars, there must be at least two avatars, simply put, you can't post only one avatar in a Design hall thread then post one in another thread later and so forth.POST WHAT'S YOURS
This is a bit similar to the "No Ripping Rule". Don't post art then give a link or credit someone else. Post only what you made, and not what someone else did. You are however welcome to credit the person who made a tutorial you used, credit someone who helped you in creating the artwork or show what artwork you made yours from.
