With the info we have from the manga so far, from who do you think these clans descended?

The Uchiha and the Senju clan are already known. They are descended from Indra and Ashura.

We know Hamura had Byakugan, so the Hyuuga are descended from him and his offspring

Kaguya has displayed a similar bone attack style as Kimimaro, only her version seemed to have incorperated some sort of C4 like ash attack.
Did the Kaguya clan descend from him as well?
I find that likely. The Ashura and Indra transmigrations have not shown any bone attacks.
Hagoromo hasnt shown any of that sorts, nor have people who reached power close to him by combining Ashura and Indra DNA (Madara) and Juubi jincs (Madara and Obito).
So the bones kekkei genkai power, is probably something that Hamura could do as well and is not something that Hagoromo and his sons had.

Do you feel my thoughts about the Kaguya clan are correct?

Than we still have the Uzumaki clan and the Juugo clan.

From who do you believe they are descended?

Seriously the guy could possibly have Byakugan + Shikotsumyaku (Kimmimaro's bone kekkei genkai) + Juugo's clan power and the Uzumaki clan powers (not 100% sure about the latter two though).

Tbh, it would be very fitting if those clans descended from him.
None of those clans use ninjutsu as their main power.

The hyuuga are more about gentle fist taijutsu and their dojutsu.
The uzumaki are about sealing jutsu and they have healing power (not really about ninjutsu, unless you classify the sealing and healing as such).
Kimimaro's clan is about taijutsu and their bone kekkei genkai.
The Juugo clan have special bodies that can absorb natural energy.

As if the descendants from Hamura, didnt follow the ninjutsu path, but used alternative abilities.

well the uzumaki probably just separated from the senju a long time ago. so they are descendants of ashura as far as we know. juugo's clan could also come from ashura as well, but they could be some kind of offshoot of the kaguya clan that didn't develop the bone jutsu.

How many times do I have to say it. Uzumaki's are 'descendants' of Senju. Well, at some point they branched off from the Senju. Naruto is Uzumaki and an Indra reincarnation, that infers that Uzumakis have some link to the Senju. Thus, Hagoromo.

I don't believe so. The anime depicted Kaguya to have Hagoromo's hair colour I think; during the flashback that Madara was talking about. Hamura will have white hair imo, it just seems to suit him.

From the anime you see that Kaguya had red hair as Hagoromo . If from Hamura descends the Kaguya clan could then have white hair. I do not think that the Uzumaki clan is descended from Hamura when in comes from Senju.

That's not right , there are other hypothesis that can fit the facts.



I like to speak about Yin dominant type of clans and Yang dominant type of clans.
There are a lot of Yang type clans , that's strange.
If you think about it , Uzumaki is a Yang clan , or Hamura was most probably Yin.
Given that we know that Hagoromo has only senju descendants (yang) and Uchiha (yin) descendants , whose Yang is in the ancestor of the Uzumaki clan?
It seems it isn't Hagoromo's.

My best theory is that Hagoromo discovered ninshuu , he thought that was the solution for peace but he has one problem.
Ninshuu is about connecting spirits via physical contact , it works great , but the 2 spirits need to have a network to connect their spirit to their body to be able to connect to another spirit via physical contact , that's the chakra network.
Hagoromo discovered that he could create some chakra networks in human bodies , Hamura helped a lot with his byakugans to understand how their bodies were working , how chakra networks work.
Hagoromo began his travel and gave his ability to use ninshuu to some the guys he met during his trip , making them humans able to mix physical and spiritual energy.
These clans have a chakra network made to use mostly Yang , like Hagoromo's.
All those guys that Hagoromo met are ancestors of famous clans around the world , one of the guys he met was named Uzumaki.


Think about the strong clans around the world that are Yang type clans.
Kaguya clan is a Yang type clan.
Kin and Gin are Yang type.
Uzumaki is a Yang type clan.
Raikage's clan is a Yang type clan...
