Descendants from Rikudou Sennin?

I'm confused on how the Hyuuga's are potentially descendants from the sage of the six paths because everyone seems to think that and I have no idea why. Also I understand that the Uzumaki's have senju blood because hashirama married Mito Uzumaki. But how are the Uzumaki's direct descendants from the sage of the six paths because it was apparently proven..

But to prove it in a few lines:

Uzumaki's are blood relatives to the senju's so obviously they are descendants of the sage.

As for the hyuga's; they are the only other clan apart from the uchiha with a dojutsu. So it is obvious they are related to the elder son in some shape or form. Also the second kishi had kakashi say "some say the sharingan originated from the byakugan" showed kishi has had some sort of connection between them from the start.

It is never stated for sure and even if they are there not the main focus of the story so if they are we will never know how.

Uzumaki don't have senju blood that is never said nor hinted at

they are distant cousins not descendants of the senju


the uzumaki clan is where the sage originated from
