Hi guys, DerpObito a respected member has come up with a Uzumaki theory claiming that they are the SO6P's clan.

I would like to refute his 3 ideas on why they are Sage's original clan:
- Uzumaki dress like the SO6P
- The symbols , their spiral
- Seals

Uzumaki dress like the SO6P

Your claim is that they dress like Monks out of the big 3. However, your highly wrong... Uchiha actually are the ones who dress like Monks on a normal basis.. while the Uzumaki are like their cousin clan, the Senju wear armors in time of battle and etc.

Also, you talked about their posture of standing.. and how the folding of arms is related to the Buddha or w.e. However, that is a false claim made by you. That posture is a normal posture taken by any normal people. It has no special value in the manga, unless proven otherwise.

The symbols, their spiral

You talked about their Spiral relating to the "So6P's" painting or w.e the statue was. However, you are highly wrong.. their spiral represents their country name "Land of whirlpools". Nothing more. The spirals on that statue are more closer to Sasuke's new Amaterasu and Susano'o combination.

Seals
They specialized in seals. However, that does not mean they were the only ones. They are the SO6P's descendants through the Senju lineage, therefore it only makes sense that they specialize in something the SO6P did.. nowhere is it stated the SO6P specialized in seals. He USED seals, but not specialize in them.

So please provide a good argument, DerpObito, and also, I have seen you use non-canonical translations from "translators" of your own in arguments.. Please do not use those, because that means that you need twisting of the canon stuff to prove your point. Thank you

IF THERE ARE ANY OTHER UZUMAKI THEORY SUPPORTERS, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO COUNTER ME.

The Uzumaki clan (うずまき一族, Uzumaki Ichizoku) was a prominent clan in Uzushiogakure. They were distant blood relatives of the Senju clan and as such, both were on good terms; an alliance that extended onto their hidden villages — Konohagakure and Uzushiogakure. The shinobi of Konoha integrated Uzushiogakure's symbol onto their uniforms and flak jackets as well as on the shoulders of their uniforms as a sign of friendship and goodwill between the two villages, and continue to do so to this day, in memory of their friendship even years after Uzushiogakure's destruction.[1]

Overview

Members of this clan were very knowledgeable in the art of fūinjutsu, and were both respected, and feared worldwide because of their prodigious skill. Though noted to be crude in their methods, this however, eventually led to the destruction of Uzushiogakure and the rest of the Land of Whirlpools during the era of Shinobi World Wars, as other nations had begun to see the village as too great a threat to go unchecked. With the destruction of their homeland, the remaining survivors of Uzushiogakure fled their homeland and went into hiding, scattered all around the world.[2] Throughout the series members as well as descendants of the clan have resurfaced such as Karin, Nagato from Amegakure along with his parents. With some of them such as Mito and later Kushina having settled in Konoha, along with their ties, structures were built both in, and around the village such as the Uzumaki Clan's Mask Storage Temple.[3]

The Senju and Uzumaki clans are distant blood relatives whom they retained strong connections with.[1] For this reason Konoha-nin uniforms have the symbol of Uzushiogakure emblazoned on its shoulders. Hashirama's wife would also come from this clan, further strengthening their ties. The members of the Uzumaki clan possessed both incredible longevity and life force.[4] Their longevity can be seen in part through Mito, who lived from long before the founding of Konoha, to well into the term of the Third Hokage's reign. The clan's life force was the reason Kushina survived the extraction of her tailed beast, despite additionally just giving birth only moments before, though she was left severely weakened.[5]

Trivia

During the early days of the hidden villages, the Uzumaki clan wore armour reminiscent of the period of dress. Under this they wore a long sleeve, black outfit, the shoulders of which bore the crest of Uzushiogakure. They also wore black pants and bandages around their shins.
◾ The surname "Uzumaki" is a pun on "spiral" (渦巻), because it refers to a three-dimensional spiral, like a whirlpool or vortex. "Uzumaki" can also mean "whirlpool", in reference to the Naruto whirlpools (鳴門の渦潮), named after the city of Naruto.
◾ All of Kurama's jinchūriki have been members of the Uzumaki clan.
◾ Red hair was a common trait among the members of the Uzumaki clan.[6][4]
◾ The anime character Honoka was hinted to be a member of the Uzumaki clan. She had red hair and fūinjutsu talents akin to the clan. In Naruto: Shippūden episode 227, Aoba also found a book stating that they had found a survivor of a "certain clan of ninja".[7]

I've only ever seen the Uchiha wear standard kimonos. You didn't really give any proof for the spiral thing, you just said it was wrong and it was closer to Sasuke's amaterasu. That's just shifting one explanation to another one, not refuting really. And the fact that their seals are directly related to sealing tailed beasts is the main reason for the connection. You only argued the weaker points Obito made, he went way more into detail and talked about the candles that were present during Naruto's sealing.

But yeah, Mito's attire and joined hand positioning is the closest thing to "monk" behavior (it actually feels wrong saying it that way but oh well) in this series so far. At least show pictures of the Uchihas dressing like monks.

The clothing is really the only weak point here, the other ones are plausible theories, but I still believe it's the redheads that are the strongest link. But agree to disagree I suppose :p

It's Sir Derp Obito :scorps:

Can't call you a sir..if your probably younger then 19.

Mito joined the Senju clan, when she married Hashirama... so you can't use her as a point. :]

Also, I stated it is the Uchiha who dress like the monks... Unlike the Uzumaki who dress like Warriors.

Also, I already countered the sealing argument, you just restated what Derp stated in his theories.. Their the SO6P's descendent.. it only makes sense that they know the seals. But then you have a Senju leader with a scroll called , "The Scroll of Seals"..

But the SO6P resembles Naruto Uzumaki, so hes probably gonna be blonde o-o

:D

Sorry but the only one who is not providing good arguments is you. Derp's theory is pretty solid, and you didn't really refute anything just negated it and that's not how to make a proper debate.

So you post a small thread attempting to refute multiple theories that have more evidence than you can comprehend?

Please. This thread is an absolute joke. No Manga scans=Failed attempt to disprove something that is basically fact.

I'm sorry, but I can tell he already has a better argument than yours. You fail at presenting a decent counter-argument.
