Walking into the battle field, an air of arrogance can easily be felt looming over the terrain. Many eyes of the villagers wondered as they saw these two oddly powerful shinobi come face to face. However the journey to finally meet with the infamous “DIO” has come to fruition. Mirabelle was quiet as she walked inches slower towards her desired starting point, many thoughts raced as to how she might end up dying here today, how she might actually win…she already dug her grave when she took the life of one his loyal followers. It was no turning back at this point – so she will not be afraid now as this was her moment to prove that these dojutsu users where nothing more than legends of fiction. Finallty, you accepted my invite to meet up and finally settle the score… the Candy Maker said she took off her cloak that hide her body and attire. She wear a rather beautiful black dress that complimented her figure – however was designed to be durable in material to withstand even cuts from kunai and shuriken alike.

She wasn’t here to talk – it was a fight that both of them seek, with that in mind she took it upon herself to introduce the battle. Taking her left thumb to her mouth, she used her canine to puncture the flesh allowing for her to draw blood. This blood with infused chakra and swiping it onto her tattoo in order to summon forth the black sheep himself. The might and demonic griffin would immediately be summoned directly underneath the girl to which the he immediately steals chakra from her and gained access to her unique element, Dark Vacuity. Senseless bitch…do you really take me as some sort of personal mount? I’ll be damned to be reduced to the position of a mule of sorts. he said as he throws Mirabelle off his back and takes to the skies.

He hones his eyes on the Uchiha, to which he scorns within his mind as the ground directly starting from five meters all around himself immediately began to shift into a vast field of spears jutting from the surface of the ground. It was intended to impale DIO, which even if he thought to jump would still be struck as the spears all grew one meters tall in height. He didn’t have any angled in growth to come towards himself and Mirabelle in any case, despite him wanting to kill her as well. The Candy Maker simply landed gracefully as she watched her summon did his work. Mirabelle would also all this time from her body passively released a pheromone across the terrain as it silently spreads around herself and the opponent as well. I'll punish that little bird...thing later. Mirabelle thought to herself as she slowly walked at 1/4 her top speed ( 2) towards DIO with her guns on her waist and two attached to her shoes' heels.


(Gurifin Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Cornyx, Kōtei no Kūgeki) - Griffin Summoning Technique: Cornyx, Emperor of the Void

Description: The user performs the Summoning Jutsu, either through Hand Seals, their Summoning Tattoo or their Summoning Scroll in order to summon Cornyx, the Emperor of the Void. Cornyx is an ancient and malicious Griffin, said to have been old even while the Sage of the Six Paths still walked the earth. He is a monstrous and horrific sight to behold, as his body is mostly covered in matted black fur and ruffled ebony feathers, both of which are slowly decaying, while his body generally looks emaciated and well aged beyond any other Summoning Animal on the Griffin Contract, lending him an air of eeriness and general undeath. But despite his ghastly body, Cornyx can still fly and maintain flight for as long as any other Griffin, regardless of his seemingly decomposing form. Cornyx is also a very powerful Griffin, rumored to rival or potentially even exceed the power of the Griffin Emperor, Hono, however, due to his less than polite and kind personality, he is considered the "black sheep" of the Griffin Summoning Contract, and thus would never truly be considered for the position of "Boss" or "True Emperor".

Cornyx's greatest strength is also his greatest weakness, as it doesn't rely solely on his own power, and depends on the participation, unwilling or not, of his Summoner. Upon summoning him, Cornyx will attempt to make physical contact with his user, attuning himself to, and siphoning off of one of his summoner's Chakra Natures, like a parasite leeching from it's host. Cornyx will passively absorb a large amount of the user's Chakra (60 Chakra), and from that point on he will be capable of using whatever Chakra Nature he absorbed from his Summoner. Cornyx can choose from any Elemental Nature his Summoner is in possession of, be it one of the Basic 5, an Advanced Nature like KG, or a special element, sound, rain etc... The more powerful and unique the Chakra nature, the more aggresive and avaricious Cornyx becomes in his pursuit of it, which may end up in him deliberately harming his Summoner in order to achieve new Chakra and the abilities and techniques they allow him. Through this ability he will be capable of using all of the Jutsu of that Element, up to and including S-Rank, without the need for handseals. With all Jutsu used by Cornyx logically counting towards the users total Jutsu per move. This ability to adapt to other natures can be used as many times as Cornyx wishes, however, it always incurs the cost of 30 Chakra from the user, and the Element(s) from the latest usage of this ability overtake the Element(s) from the last, meaning Cornyx cannot have access to mutliple Elements simultaneously.
Note: Can only be summoned once, and can remain on the field for a maximum of four turns.

(Dakuiton: Sakusei no Mukou ) Dark Vacuity Release: Void of Creation

Description: Void of Creation encompasses the basic formations of the element. Exploiting the ionized ash particles, the wielder is capable of forming it into its standardized cubic form or in any form he/she desires. This includes, but not limited to, basic constructs such as tools, body surges, waves, weaponry, spikes etc. It is only limited to the imagination of the user, as the formation can begin/manipulated from anywhere in the terrain (though must be spawned at least five meters away from the intended human), directly from the body and or through direct contact with solid material. The structures forged imitate their realistic counterpart with an array of coloring detail, thus making the creation made from the ionized-ash quite realistic.

As outlined in the element however, should the ash come into contact with solid material/water etc, the ionized ash will cause it to collapse upon itself. Should the ash be stronger – it’s capable of ionizing the target before assimilating it within itself and returning back into its compact form, although a bit weaker. The user can control the implosion not to trigger, remaining inert if he or she chooses too. During a process of implosion there’s two types of interactions that occur under certain circumstances; A) when this jutsu physically interacts with a solid object, the ionizing of the targeted object of aim happens in a process of it being ionized (short-range subjects will be pulled into the wind drafts created by this implosion) before it’s broken down into energy becoming ionized ash altogether, B) when this jutsu interactions with a non-solid element, unlike regular interactions this will cause ionized particles fumes which are able to change the area’s illumination to the user’s choice (perceivable to the human eye), upon overcoming the interaction as it assimilated it within itself. If this jutsu was countered/ if that interaction results in this jutsu becoming overwhelmed, segments of ionized ash will succumb and remain mundane in the area of effect and with no inherit chakra. It should be noted that these effects are outlined for all Dark Vacuity based techniques, requiring the user to post this technique as a reference each time or simply mentioning it at the start of the battle.

Note: This technique needs one handseal to form the B rank version, two for the A rank and three for the S ranks. In the case of the S ranks being used, the user is unable to use Dark Vacuity Release techniques A rank and above for the same and next turn, while A rank use causes them from using above S rank for the same amount of time. A rank may be used thrice per battle, while the S ranks twice per battle with each use having a cool down of two turns. Fumes utilized to creating an area illumination are hazards to the opponent, if they so much so in inhale them, it would result in -10 dmg to their health per turn, for each turn they're inhaling them. The user may create multiple constructs, however the power is divided evenly among them based on the rank used.

Description: The Scarborough Fair is a set of four large caliber handguns that act as the user conduits for chakra. These handguns are based upon the Derringer a gun capable of rapid fire, simple, and rugged. These four guns have been crowned with the names Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme. Pushing the user's hand to hand ability to its limits, when combined with the user's chakra, the guns' rate of fire and stopping power are incredible. The user will makes use of these four weapons by holding two in their hands and two connected to the back of the user's feet which are fired through the use of chakra. To stay loaded at all times, the guns passively drain up to 40 chakra (10 each) per turn. Each weapon holds up to 40 chakra magazine at which points the weapon will stop draining/accepting additional chakra. During development, Ninja Scientists recognized that some situations may require more immediate offensive output, so chakra can be actively loaded by the user by sacrificing one of their moves to fuel one or more of the handguns with chakra. This chakra can be spread among the weapons to load multiple at a time, but can only distribute up to 40 chakra between the weapons and can be done within the time frame of another technique. This allows the user to quickly stockpile the bullets damage resulting in a more powerful bullets as the need arises. Naturally, as long as the weapons are loaded with chakra they can fire chakra bullets up to S-rank depending on the amount of chakra used. It should be noted, that the user may also not expend more than 40 chakra from Scarborough Fair per turn which may be spread among the handguns as needed. These chakra bullets may be elemental or raw chakra, but this must be stated prior to the release as only a single element may be used in a turn. In the turn the user fires bullets from one of the weapons, they expend one of their moves per turn but may fire multiple simultaneously. This means the user will not be able to fire more than three of the weapons per turn. The main focus however behind these weapons lies in the fact they are held and mounted in such a way, they can be used to aid the user's melee combat. Users can supplement some taijutsu by firing the weapons in a way they act as propulsion for their movements. The propulsion increases the speed of the technique, which in turn increases the damage by half the amount of normally ranked jutsu at the expense of chakra within the weapon and thus a move allowing for more powerful strikes. For example, if the using an A-rank taijutsu, the user can supplement it by firing 10 chakra from the chosen handgun. This translates to +10 extra damage to the technique alongside additional flurries of chakra bullets which may cause collateral damage for those in close-range of the propulsion blast. This happens within the same time frame of the taijutsu when used this way, and one or more weapons may be fired if the technique permits it, each weapon fired counting as a move. There is a maximum to this however, as the user may not exceed a +40 damage threshold (S-rank) added to the taijutsu.
Note:
Bullets respect the elemental strengths and weaknesses but as mentioned the user may not expend more than 40 chakra from this weapon per turn. This can be done in single fire or semi automatic fashion. When fired semi auto, the resulting damage will be spread among the number of bullets fired as mentioned by the user during their turn.
S-rank applications cause Scarborough Fair to go into a cool down sequence, preventing usage for two turns.

Even in the shadows that wrapped the night, DIO's presence was undeniable. His figure, large and powerful, stood atop the roof of the Kage Mansion. His perch overlooked an opening between the buildings and the street. His eyes were red as blood with three tomoe orbiting his pupils, and they pierced at the woman who had entered the clearing.

"You managed to defeat one of my most loyal disciples," DIO said. With a fluid move, the Sage leaped from the building onto the end of the clearing, 12 meters away from Mirabelle. The loss of Pucci had come to DIO as a shock. "No. Disciple isn't quite the word." A feeling of heat bubbled up through DIO and into his chest, and he relished the moment that had come upon him.

The woman who had killed his friend summoned a sickly looking creature to her side. The battle had begun and, just as quickly as she mounted the monster, it threw her off to the ground. Quite the unruly creature, DIO thought to himself. His Dojutsu was shifted to their next stage, and his vision pierced his opponent and her pet. Monitoring their chakra system, the band on DIO's arm alerted him to a surge of energy in his vicinity. As the spikes formed, the band released a barrier around DIO. The barrier stretched to the short-range area around him and, in an instant, the spikes formed were nullified and absorbed, locked away in the band where it could do no harm.


(Fūinjutsu: Maiyā no bando) - Sealing Arts: Mayer s Band

Description: This seal, Mayer's Band, was created by an Uzumaki prior to their village's destruction. The jutsu's purpose revolves around the ability to identify and seal foreign energy produced by the user's enemies. The seal itself is placed onto a wrist band and it is a kanji line shaped like a pentagon with open circles placed at every point of the shape. When foreign energy enters short range of the user, the circles on the wristband emit a bright colorful light signifying to the user that an energy different from the energies known to them has broken their perimeter. The sealing band cannot inform the user about the type of energy being used, but it can and does tell the difference between the various energies it comes across, and thus repeats the same color glows corresponding with that energy when met again. Once the energy is close enough the seal will release a special energy absorbing barrier around the user protecting them for that one attack before sealing the foreign energy into the wristband protecting the user. The jutsu is quite helpful for shinobi who don't have any energy sensing abilities, and its sealing effect only lasts a limited time. After sealing its maximum amount of energy the band will only work as an energy identifier for the user, but it will no longer be able to seal energy.

With the threat of the ionized ash disposed of, DIO moved into his next move without hesitation. He directed his chakra through his arm and into the tip of his fingers, creating a line of solid lightning in front of him that shattered into a maelstrom of glowing blade-like shards. They splintered lightning cut through the air at immeasurable speed, raining across Mirabelle and her summon alike with the aim of shearing their flesh from the bones beneath.

Lightning, she said to herself as DIO started to knead the chakra in his body. The summon in the air glanced down as he noticed as well – the formation of the attack. The two allies started to react on their own accord; the first of which the giant avian would further manipulate the terrain to his own use. The ground directly behind of DIO would immediately begin to collapse from the inside first. This would cause him to drop several feet into the building but immediately meet the cause of the collapse as the hand of a giant skeletal figure formed from the inside. It’s coloration was a bright demonic red color, with meaning eyes. It would grip onto DIO’s body and immediately begin to ionize his being into the very same ash particles. If he chose to jump into the air however – another winged demon would have been conjured in the ground in front of the building as it’s large body (both being ten meters tall) would easily tower over the combatants.

Simultaneous to his actions – Mirabelle would counter the imposing lightning shards. Pushing forward while the griffin moves backwards. She reached into her tools pouch and immediately took the absorption arm out it’s casing. She activated it cause an orb to appear before herself. It quickly started to expand and become larger as it took all the shards into it and rendering the attack countered. Once completed – she kept the arm on just in case and would continue to walk at a slower pace once again as she slowly approached the building DIO was on top of. "Tell me, what’s it like to be from such a prestigious clan? One filled with nothing but hate driven individuals. You all lack compassion…or so I heard…" she said outloud to DIO. Her guns passively each siphoning chakra as they become loaded over time. As she performed these actions, with her other free hand she would consume a medical pill to boost herself. All actions of the due performed in the same TF as on another.


(Dakuiton: Naraku no Soko Kunshu ) Dark Vacuity Release: Monarchs of the Abyss

Description: Monarchs of the Abyss encompasses the formation of familiars composed of ionized ash. Through the generation of one's chakra into the surrounding terrain or from their body or through physical contact with the object, the user is capable of sculpting the ash. This allows for partially sentient familiars to be created, ranging from humanoids, down to demonic like creatures one would expect out of a nightmare. These creatures are compact in composition, capable of easily slicing through material should they desire it with their body parts, tearing them with talons etc. The creatures are capable of performing the Dark Vacuity Element without the need of hand seals up to its rank. Thus an S rank familiar is capable of using S ranks and below at the cost of a move slot.. Much like it's sister technique "Void of Creation" certain applications apply here.

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.
Note: Can be used a max of 3 times for Ninja and 6 for Cyborgs.
Note: Cyborg can have up to 2 Absorption Arms.
(Heishi Piru) Soldier Pills
Type: Supplementary
Description and Background:Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiration of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns with no enhanced effects due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use.
Description of Side Effects:
-Upon using a second pill in a conflict the additional chakra cost after expiry rises to +30 until healed
-Upon taking a third pill, the medical ninja will suffer cardiac arrest upon expiry of the pill.
-Costs a move per turn to use.

"Compassion?"

The building below DIO violently began to shake as a brightly colored figure started coalescing into form above him. Unfazed, the Sage simply gathered his chakra into the air around him after passively activating his Sharingan and upgrading it. Something was destroying the house from below, and a figure above. At least two threats. As such, he formed two familiars, forged with Wind Release and imbued with the power of the Hungry Ghost. As the roof below him collapsed and his descent started, DIO's eyes rapidly shifted between the target above and what would be the target below, spotting the hand of the griffin's second familiar extending towards him.

The two assassins would be sent towards their targets at blistering speed. Blades extended, the assassins shredded through the two skeletal constructs, blowing the ash away from DIO as per their nature. The gales rotated at high speed, the Sage ensuring they sliced through the figures completely as they moved. He, himself, would land unharmed a short distance further from Mirabelle than he started, but enough to compensate for her slow advance.

(Fuuton: Chouyaku no Shinpou) – Wind Release: Leap of Faith

Description: The user will channel their fuuton chakra into the surrounding air in order to create a number of traditional assassins composed entirely of tangible wind with a slight greenish hue. These assassins possess the natural capability of flight due to their weightlessness and are all fully equipped with twin hidden blades jutting out of their forearms. On creation, the assassins typically descend on their targets from above and stealthily dispatch them through the use of their bladed weapons by targeting vital locations on their victim's body. They don't necessarily have to land on top of their targets but can simply be created so they will land near/next to them. These assassins, regardless of the number, will always have to be created a minimum of five meters away from living beings (excluding the user and sentient creations such as the Stone Golems) and must always be created above their targets. The number of created assassins will always equal or exceed the number of designated targets (e.g. if a technique creates a fifty soldiers made of earth, at least fifty assassins of wind will be created). The maximum possible number of assassins that can be created through a single usage of this technique is a hundred and so if more than that number of targets exist, then this maximum of one hundred soldiers will be created. The power of this technique is equally divided between the number of assassins created.

(Inton: Gaki no Jutsu) - Yin Release: Hungry Ghost Technique

Description: Hungry Ghost is a spiritual parasite created through the user’s Yin Release chakra. When using an elemental jutsu, the user will form the ram hand seal to seal the hungry ghost within their technique. Sealing the hungry ghost inside one’s technique happens within the same timeframe as their elemental technique. When the user’s technique clashes with another technique, the parasitic Yin Chakra will eat away at the chakra within the technique, weakening it by one rank. Once the hungry ghost consumes foreign chakra it is released and immediately attaches itself to the source of the foreign chakra (the opponent). From there, the parasite continues to eat away at the enemy’s chakra every time they use techniques (all techniques reduce in rank and power by 1 degree). Once the Hungry Ghost is released, its tether is immediate and cannot be blocked or circumvented by ordinary means. The effects of Hungry Ghost last for 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used 5 times per battle and cannot be used on the same target more than twice.
Note: Surges or Barriers that utilize Yin, Yang, Yin-Yang or Natural Energy can break or prevent the tethering of the Hungry Ghost.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill

( Doujutsu: Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan ) - Eye Technique: Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye(PASSIVE)

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.
Note: Using MS techniques don't reduce the activation time.
Note: Controlling a Bijuu is an exclusive ability of Madara Uchiha and can only be done once per battle. Once the control ends, the EMS reverts back to a 3T Sharingan. If the control is done on a complete form Jinchuriki, then the user can't do any other technique while controlling the enemy.

The griffin would feel its strength ebb. The parasitic Hungry Ghost would, at the moment the assassins struck the skeletal Vacuity, tether to the beast's chakra network. Like its creator, the Vacuity lost a portion of its power, leaving it all the more vulnerable to the onslaught of the assassins. With the attack nullified, DIO then directed the assassin that destroyed the skeleton above him towards Cornyx. "You've piqued my interest. So I think I'll deal with your mutt first." The assassin, reaching its target, spun laterally and slid its blade across its hide. The beast's side would split open and spill its contents as the assassin doubled around, driving one of its blades through the top of its head. "Driven by hate? That's quite a hefty accusation. Do you know what it is that all humans universally strive for, regardless of the force that drives them?"

However, my friend wouldn’t be happy I let his pet die so…” she said before snapping her fingers – releasing her hold on the summon in the battle field. His purpose was short lived truthfully but it allowed for the Candy Maker a proper evaluation of her opponents power thus far. He seem to have the same knowledge over Yin Release just as she does at first glance. This was evident the moment the parasite was tethered to her summoning to which she can also sense it spiritually. “Cliché answer but I’ll assume you mean power?” she answered. She stopped just roughly six meters away from DIO. Her eyes noticed his own, now shifted into the unique Sharingan state. She wasn’t exactly sure what to expect of it but she curious of it’s might and what it can “see” through. “In my world however, I strive for something beyond power. Let me put some light on it” she said cheekily as she allowed for a surge of chakra to be released as a bright light.

The sudden flashes was more than just for disorientation as it was intense enough to slightly burn the retina of DIO; preventing him from “seeing” Mirabelle. His world was filled with bright light but also a burning sensation of loud noises in his ears. Buzzing endlessly; the Candy Maker combined this in conjunction to swiftly reposition herself towards the right of DIO keeping her distance; attempting to shoot him with her Thyme hand gun as she drew it from it’s holster. She unleashed a barrage of water based bullets that with enough pressure would strike through his skull. The illusion kept him from hearing the bullets firing of towards him. Once she was repositioned behind of DIO, Mirabelle would silently observe how the Uchiha would react. “Let’s see how much longer you’ll rely on those eyes of yours…” she said.

A quite simple and fast jutsu for a practitioner of MoT, this technique is primarily a counter strike attack, allowing the user to swiftly and smoothly execute a dodge/block and strike at the same time. With an attack approaching them the user will release a particularly bright and intense flash at the same moment that they begin to dodge or block ensuring it is hidden from their targets sight. This flash will be a trigger for a genjutsu that prolongs the opponents ‘whited out’ vision while also causing a loud and disorienting buzzing noise in the opponents ears until released. These openings allow the user to block and counter as they would like, for example, knocking the opponents arm to open up their ribs for a strike or to chain this together with another taijutsu attack. Due to the unique intensity of the initial flash the opponent would find their vision blurred once released from the genjutsu and they will take one turn to fully recover from its effects.

Description: The Scarborough Fair is a set of four large caliber handguns that act as the user conduits for chakra. These handguns are based upon the Derringer a gun capable of rapid fire, simple, and rugged. These four guns have been crowned with the names Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme. Pushing the user's hand to hand ability to its limits, when combined with the user's chakra, the guns' rate of fire and stopping power are incredible. The user will makes use of these four weapons by holding two in their hands and two connected to the back of the user's feet which are fired through the use of chakra. To stay loaded at all times, the guns passively drain up to 40 chakra (10 each) per turn. Each weapon holds up to 40 chakra magazine at which points the weapon will stop draining/accepting additional chakra. During development, Ninja Scientists recognized that some situations may require more immediate offensive output, so chakra can be actively loaded by the user by sacrificing one of their moves to fuel one or more of the handguns with chakra. This chakra can be spread among the weapons to load multiple at a time, but can only distribute up to 40 chakra between the weapons and can be done within the time frame of another technique. This allows the user to quickly stockpile the bullets damage resulting in a more powerful bullets as the need arises. Naturally, as long as the weapons are loaded with chakra they can fire chakra bullets up to S-rank depending on the amount of chakra used. It should be noted, that the user may also not expend more than 40 chakra from Scarborough Fair per turn which may be spread among the handguns as needed. These chakra bullets may be elemental or raw chakra, but this must be stated prior to the release as only a single element may be used in a turn. In the turn the user fires bullets from one of the weapons, they expend one of their moves per turn but may fire multiple simultaneously. This means the user will not be able to fire more than three of the weapons per turn. The main focus however behind these weapons lies in the fact they are held and mounted in such a way, they can be used to aid the user's melee combat. Users can supplement some taijutsu by firing the weapons in a way they act as propulsion for their movements. The propulsion increases the speed of the technique, which in turn increases the damage by half the amount of normally ranked jutsu at the expense of chakra within the weapon and thus a move allowing for more powerful strikes. For example, if the using an A-rank taijutsu, the user can supplement it by firing 10 chakra from the chosen handgun. This translates to +10 extra damage to the technique alongside additional flurries of chakra bullets which may cause collateral damage for those in close-range of the propulsion blast. This happens within the same time frame of the taijutsu when used this way, and one or more weapons may be fired if the technique permits it, each weapon fired counting as a move. There is a maximum to this however, as the user may not exceed a +40 damage threshold (S-rank) added to the taijutsu.
Note:
Bullets respect the elemental strengths and weaknesses but as mentioned the user may not expend more than 40 chakra from this weapon per turn. This can be done in single fire or semi automatic fashion. When fired semi auto, the resulting damage will be spread among the number of bullets fired as mentioned by the user during their turn.
S-rank applications cause Scarborough Fair to go into a cool down sequence, preventing usage for two turns.

DIO remained unfazed as he sensed Mirabelle's Genjutsu latch itself to his chakra system. The Sage shattered through the Genjutsu with a mere thought, the potency of his Dojutsu allowing him to easily pierce through the illusion. Passively shifting his eyes to the Rinnegan, DIO effortlessly tapped into the power of the Deva Path as he tore the illusion away, and released a powerful shockwave from his body.

The shockwave tore a scar into the earth mid-ranged around DIO, turning the ground over on itself and partially burying Mirabelle under a small layer of bedrock. The damage to her would be ruinous, shattering bones and tearing flesh and riddling her with agony.

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the others, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. Sasuke Uchiha's left Sharingan became a Rinnegan after Hagoromo's spirit gave half of his power to Sasuke. His Rinnegan has six tomoe split between its first two ripples. If overused and weakened enough, it will temporarily lose the tomoe and it's full strength until fully recharged. During this time, Sasuke will also lose the ability to even form his Mangekyo Sharingan within his right Sharingan and access its powers until his Rinnegan has recharged. As a result, using the Rinnegan repeatedly requires Sasuke to close his eye to recharge initially.
Note: Requires the user to activate EMS at least one turn earlier.
Note: Requires activation and lasts for 6 turns before reverting to the normal Rinnegan pattern, requiring a cooldown period of at least 3 turns in which his EMS is also deactivated. After having a Rinnegan Sasuke bio for 2 months, the user is able to passively activate the Doujutsu as well as willingly deactivate to the normal pattern. While in its inactive/recharging form, the user cannot make use of any of it's abilities.
Note: While in use, the user's right eye retains its EMS state, having access to Amaterasu, Susano'o and their related abilities as well as the basic abilities of the Sharingan.

( Tendō ) - Deva Path

Description: The user activates the Deva Path which grants him the ability to manipulate attractive and repulsive forces allowing it to repel or attract objects or people, mimicking at some extent gravity. The path allows him access to the various gravitational abilities such as Shinra Tensei, Bansho Tennin and Chibaku Tensei.
Note: Can only be used by Rinnegan biographies for the activation of the path and will remain continously activated.

( Shinra Tensei ) - Divine Punishment

Description: Using the Deva Paths abilities to manipulate gravitational forces, the user will repulse and push away anything around him up to a given range, in all directions, producing an omni-repulsion effect. The force and repulsive effect is absolute, affecting both energy and matter alike. The technique itself can be used with different ranges/sizes, depending on how much chakra the user spends for the technique and can even, in its smaller form, be sustained, forming a static defensive field instead of a wave-like effect.
Shōkibo - Small Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to short range. The offensive power in this size is not that high as it hits opponents but can still do severe damage. It isn't, however, fatal, boasting a physical 40 damage. If the user focuses this ability with the help of his hands he can sustain a defensive absolute repulsive field around him. He can't, however, do any technique while he is sustaining it and he can only sustain it for 2 turns. Once used, takes one turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Chūkibo - Medium Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to mid range. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backwards with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts a physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Ōkibo - Large Scale: the user will push away anything around him up to long range. The offensive power of the technique is devastating and anything in its path that doesn't manage to defend properly is left obliterated. Its fatal if unguarded, boasting a physical damage of 160. Using this techniques poses a great deal of danger to the user as he damages his chakra pathway itself to be able to mold sufficient chakra to perform it. Once used, the user loses the use any gravitational related techniques for the remainder of the fight and is unable to mold chakra for techniques above A-Rank for 5 turns.
Note: The technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be blocked or stopped. However, the enemies can still use techniques that prevent or reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if the logically counter.

Even the acts known as compassion are nothing more than a ruse to attract others into the lives of humans because it leads to peace of mind. Such is the desire, the craving of all humans."

DIO stepped closer and gestured dramatically with his arms as he spoke, the glare of the moonlight seeming to flood the clearing and illuminate his figure even more than before. "And I've long since surpassed your realm of mere humanity." The Sage chuckled, his sneer and laugh filled to the brim with a smarm and arrogance that seemed to be steeped in an undeniable truth. "Your accusations that I hail from a bloodline that lacks compassion. How much worth does it have when you still flail and grasp with the desperation of a mere human for what I've achieved? There you lay, the compassionate man, and here I stand, the man who's achieved Heaven. Where is the worth of your accusation now?"

Taking into account that her illusion managed to hit it’s mark it seemed her opponent had different intentions. Immediately sensing the activation of the Rinnegan – a large surge of force immediately was drawn outwards bursting towards Mirabelle. The Candy Maker would make two hand seals – causing herself to burst immediately into the same ionized ash from before as she moved backwards away from the expanding burst of gravity. In this form she was in the shape of miniature azure colored griffins. She flew at a diagonal angle away from the expanding technique up until she finally reached the long range mark.

She remained in that state of form in the air. She could hear DIO’s monologue; it was riddle with some inconsistencies and rather trivial focus. He probed her with a question once more, to which Mirabelle answered with a solemn response. The man who achieved Heaven? What are we now, Gods? You’re no man to lay judgment on my beliefs. It’s the pure fact that many of you, of the Uchiha, has slaughtered your own kind for power. I don’t grasp in desperation. I stand above those who fail to come to terms with who they are as a person. I thought in your case, was merely misguided and hollow claims…but now we are here achieving heaven…such a poser." she said. She wouldn’t waste any more time with this one.

Simply energizing her body – she would conjure a large storm of lightning chakra to be summoned as she weaved her hand in the direction of DIO. 120’ of the area was effected – with the very ground rupturing from within it – however she would also snap her talons, causing a sound wave to be released to further enhance the power of the lighting. She slightly moved her swarm back into mid range coupled with DIO moving in her general direction already

Description: Through the swift formation of two hand seals – the surges their Dakuiton chakra. This willingly turns the user’s body into that of the iconic ionized ash. The ash is formed into an avian form of the user’s choosing, be it insects, birds or any winged creatures in a swarm like formation as they move. Due to their bodies natural weight being reduced, as they move in this state they are moving twice their base speed. The intentions of this technique is to act as a gap closer or inherit dodge, using the transformed state and speed as a means to achieve such a feat. However due to the user being in this state of form, they are restricted to the elements that compose of Dakuiton, alongside other basic non elemental abilities. In terms of dodging, due to the user’s small form – is capable of avoiding most techniques though those with wide range can prove to be troublesome. Techniques that overpower the transformed state will cause the user to shift back into his/her human form while taking the rest damage after interaction; while technique's which doesn't fully overcome it - the user remains in said form if they so chose thought weakened. The unique part of the user’s transformation, is that when interacting with elements weaker to Dakuiton(up to S-rank), those elements are ionized as norm – but the user remains unharmed and simply reverts back into their human form having dealt with the opposing technique. This may be used three times per battle, with a cool down of three turns between each use. The user is capable of sustaining the form for three turns, and may dodge a technique using its sheer speed once per turn at the cost of a move.
(Raiton: Chidori Raimei) - Lightning Style: 1000 Birds Thunderstorm

Descripton: The user will channel lightning chakra into his hand, covering it with a massive chidori. The user will then point his palm forwards, unleashing that chakra, creating a massive 120º blast of lightning that spreads from his hand, outwards and forward towards the enemy.

Description:
This is a useful jutsu with effects that can only be noticed when used in conjunction with another technique, simply by snapping ones fingers. The user may add this snap onto the performance of another jutsu so that this may activate within the same timeframe or it may be used standalone on an exisiting justu. By snapping their fingers the user will release a pulse of sound that effects the natural noise surrounding their target technique.

For example the 'roaring' and 'crackling' of fire or the 'rushing' of water. Any technique that produces a natural sound in this way may be targeted by this sound. The sound will amplify the natural noise around the target jutsu and forcibly turn them into destructive sound waves. This forms a cloak or barrier of sorts of sound around the technique as long as it is in play, empowering the inital technique slightly. The inital snap of ones fingers produces a sharp cracking noise that can be heard across the battlefield
