I mean did Naruto use RSM? Then, if his jutsus are getting absorbed, doesn't it mean that the user turns into a frog because of the natural energy? Why?

RSM hasn't been stated to have the same draw backs as TSM. Also turning into a frog requires an imbalance in absorbtion of natural energy, why would balanced energy turn her into a frog?

this, the second part should be the same reason for why pain could absorb the stabilized rasenshuriken( i havent read the fight in a while so he may not have) but not sap the energy directly from Naruto's body.

Because Naruto threw a lava rasenshiriken at her. Lava release is suppose to be a kekkei genkai and one Naruto acguired through his RSM.

Delta didn’t absorb that one though. She absorbed a normal Rasengan.
