Description:The user will first have to absorb a technique using Dark release:Inhaling Maw. After the technique has been absorb the user will cover their left arm in a layer of Meiton chakra. Once fully formed the shape gives off the appearance of a jaggered shield that is attached to the users arm.Being made of pure Meiton chakra this shield can withstand S rank fire wind and lightning attacks. If the user see's fit this can also be used as a weapon with the shields jaggered appearance being quite sharp. The user can use this weapon as a form of offensive close ranged combat or as a shield to deflect different techniques.
Restrictions
Can only be used twice per battle
Lasts 3 turns when used as a close combat weapon
While in use no other dark release techniques can be used
Can only be taught by Delta

You must mean this. Pretty simple use inhaling maw once the chakra has been stored expell it from your lower square, manipulate it around your arm and turn it into a shield or sorts, i accually made this to be a weapon but it seems to be a shield

As I use Inhaling Maw to draw in the physical and spiritual energy of my opponent's jutsu, I store it within the lower square on my left palm. Once stored I convert it into meiton chakra and begin to release it from my palm where the dark chakra begins to go up my arm and starts to circle around it. As it does this I begin to change its shape into that of a large, sharp, jagged, dark shield(going by the size in the picture) that can protcet me from Wind, Fire, and Lightning attacks of S-rank and below, while it can also be used as a weapon with its sharp jagged edges.

Pretty much haha, another thing it can also defend against C rank earth and A rank water. Also while its activated you cant use any other dark techniques but you can use basic 5 jutsu that can require a handseal. Any question?

Oh okay cool. I do have one question...now it says it lasts 3 turns when used as a weapon, but how long does it last when using it as a shield? Does it last until it is hit with damage that equals up to an S-rank jutsu?

From activation it stays on your arm for three turns. The ammount if can tank was never specified(my mistake) so it can tank any ammount of fire wind lightning jutsu. If an earth jutsu strikes it above C rank it will break and thus become usless but you wont receieve damage. But yeah once its activated it stays for 3 turns. The weapon part was poor description on my behalf but yes it only lasts for 3 turns after activation

Description: The user will first gather up chakra in his body which he then slams his weapon onto the ground. Upon the weapon hitting the ground the user releases the chakra he just gathered up through the weapon and into the ground, which in turn causes an upward burst of flames and small, hot molten, jagged, sharp rocks to rise up hitting the opponet, and causes massive 3rd degree burns and serious punktured wounds.

I begin channel katon chakra through out my entire body, i draw my Halberd and slam it into the ground, as i do this i channel all the Katon chakra into the weapon and into the ground, as the katon chakra travels below my opponent it erupts upwards causing molten spikes to smash out from the ground piecing my opponent as a torrent of flame erupts after it burning and skewering my opponent. I tihnk thats right im unsure though

Yeah, that's pretty much it. This jutsu if hit by it will leave your opponent helpless as their body would be completely covered in 3rd degree burns, along with punctured wounds that have small, molten, jagged rocks lodged inside causing even more damage to their internal body.

There are some notes I would like to point out when using this jutsu you can use almost any type of weapon as a catalyst such as, Staffs, Sythes, Poles, Halberds, etc. Also note that if you are using a sword it doesn't need to be unsheathed to use this jutsu.

Now just so you can get a good idea of what the jutsu actually looks like. Watch from 0:21 and pay close attention to the guy with the red hair. He will be the one using Devil's Maw. Any questions?
