Ay would blitz from the start if Deidara could barely follow Sasuke's shunshin and even if i were to give him the benefit of doubt that he'd somehow get airbone, Ay showed the capacity to shunshin above mountain level distances in an instant and considering Deidara's fighting style requires close enough distance to aim, Raikage would finish him in battle. Needless to add how useless his doton ability is compared to Raikage's lightning
