deidare is severely underrated

Sasuke escaped was all plot.

Sasuke is very smart and analytical & has been gathering info on Akatsuki along with Kabuto & Orochimaru.
The fight was done in a very biased way though , but Sasuke escaping was ok. Deidara used exlosives (exploding clay bombs) and its only fair to assume he has levels to his explosives & he beat Gaara earlier , whom had tons of sand, so its advantageous to assume Deidara would also have tons of clay. lol but the planned escape plan with Suigetsu did seem biased or unfair especially considering Deidara is a very smart fighter as well.

His C4 is on par with a lot of major attacks but the prep time ruins the potential. He is underrated though.

Deidara's ultimate art is massive explosion in light form(speed of light), guy's moth or elephant or monkey would get cooked before he can get to deidara's corpse. Deidara's trump card is overkill. He can simply sit on the cloud and watch guy disappear in thin air for breathing in his nano babies

his explosion is not at the speed of light . . . . . .and if sasuke had enough time to use a summoning jutsu then guy could have enough time to get away considering deidara's whole body has to turn into bomb first

The explosion was shown in light form while sasuke stood there without "moving" at all, then gg panel shown. That's how fast and sudden it was. Off panel, you can speculate sasuke reached his hand to scratch his butt at best, but to perform seal, open manda's mouth, jump inside and close manda mouth is just too much. If 7 gate guy can "barely" dodge it. Konohamaru can "barely" dodge it too

this post gave me cancer :|. Explosions create light thats not a big deal. Fact the flash from the bomb went off and sasuke had enough time to do a summoning. This means that if 7 gates guy(who is faster then any base ninja) is not right next to diedara and runs as soon as deidara starts to turn into a bomb, he could either get out of the area of not be directly in the explosion and survive
