Don't misjudge. I'm not here to complain about Deidara's power. The title is wrong. It's only that i thought before Deidara was the only possessor of this jutsu, and i wanted to show he wasn't since it's the village forbidden jutsu. That means some people could use it before him. It was the only purpose of this thread
I just realised it, but after searching for Deidaras databook i saw this pic:
And it clearly states that Deidara steals the village forbidden jutsu, which allows him to fold chakra into his creation. It's probably the reason why he has mouths in both hands. It's part of this forbidden jutsu to help him to make his creations. He stole this jutsu when he was about to escape from the village.
That actually means that this jutsu existed even before Deidara was alive(someone created it), but Deidara stole this jutsus and use it to create his art.
PS: Notice that Kakuzu had also stolen his village forbidden jutsu to be able to stock hearts with their affinities. It seems that almost all of Akatsuki members have stolen something to become powerful. I now understand why they are considered as rogue ninjasxd
