Tobi wasn't in the akatsuki at the time, remember he joined after Sasori died. How is Tobi to know that his arm was kamuied, I doubt it was brought up in conversation. By the time Tobi joined the akatsuki and would've found out it was in that dimension it would've been too far gone(rotten). I doubt Deidara knew Tobis and Kakashis kamuied where linked so why would he bring up how he lost it to Tobi. These are just a few reasons.

I think that the arm was transferred to other place instead of kamui world because kakashi hasn't mastered the mangekyou sharingan....

the arm got severed by kamui it was found by tobi in the aftermath and reattached the other arm got complety crushed by garra.
