First a few conditions must be met and they're very heavy assumptions but assuming they are met then Deidara can beat most of them--
Assuming he actually uses C4 in the first place
Assuming they don't kill him while/before/after he activates it
Assuming they don't have knowledge of it
Assuming they won't gain knowledge of it
Assuming Deidara survives against every Akatsuki member to where C4 will even be effective
Assuming Deidara can kill the remaining members who C4 won't work against assuming he does survive against every Akatsuki member attacking him at once
/and to win he can't use C0
So with that said if he does meet all of the conditions and C4 explodes before any of the Akatsuki can kill Deidara, and none of them have knowledge on it
Tobi and Sasori are the only survivors. Deidara could in theory beat them both after that but meh. This is all just assuming any of the Akatsuki members don't know about Deidara's technique in the first place or that characters like all 6 pain bodies, Nagato, Kisame, Itachi, Kakuzu don't just kill him during the fight before he can think about using C4.
Extremely extremely heavy assumptions and even if he does get them off, without using C0 in the end Sasori and Tobi would still win. At best he could only make a tie(still assuming anyone doesn't kill him first durp), and Tobi could just go intangible to nullify it or Kakuzu could blast him since seeing the earth hand signal probably wouldn't be too difficult to know about(again assuming all Akatsuki start out fighting him with no knowledfge and have to allow him to get off C4 from the beginning lol)
