Conditions- Deidara has mines already planted like in canon, Deidara already on the sky, Naruto already in SM.

Intel- full, Naruto also knows the location of the mines.

Naruto can sense chakra though. Can't he just summon to Mt Myobuku to avoid C4 ?

SM Naruto can sense specific things even if there are other creatures around him.

I was assuming he can just summon back to the fight but he probably wouldn't know when C4 is up so you're probably right on that point.
