deidara extremely low diff. deidara is safe as long as he figured out the safe altitude . the 5th can't counter C4 with ease unless reverse summoning is used

now that I think of this , maybe the starting distance has to be stated

C4 hasn't been shown to destroy people instantly. Byakugou heals her instantly, so no matter how much of Tsunade disintegrates, She regenerates faster.

Deidara hasn;t shown any stamina feats that put him above Tsunade.

Deidara wins. He could just attack from a distance, get on his bird, and drop bombs from the air if he wants to. She cannot reach him or do anything about it. This is one of Tsunade's worst matches.

You should give this match a condition, Where Deidara can fly but not out of reach for Tsunade. To make it more fair.

Honestly Tsunade's Byakugo is overrated, I really don't see it growing new limbs, idk U_U

Anyways C4 Ends this, as it attacks the cells way quicker then Tsunade can heal them
