Deidara vs Shisui: Who Would Win?

I'm debating with a friend about who would win: shisui or deidara

I think Deidara would win. He's fast, intelligent, can fly, and lightning element wouldn't stop him.

What do you guys think? This argument needs to be settled for the sake of everything good!

On his character page it's stated shisui knows fire wind and lightning release, so he could easily take him on
