I actually think Deidara can beat non zetsu Orochimaru with c4. Zetsu Orochimaru with all his hypothetical abilities and improvements wins though.

Deidara most definitely wins this. His duplicity gives him the win.
-C4 one shots Oro and his summons.
-C3 one shots.
-C1 used in conjunction with other variants of C1 can make Orochimaru vulnerable to larger attacks. Won't be very different for Zetsu Orochimaru, apart from the fact that he'll survive for longer and have mayfly (which would be a bad idea since Diedara destroying any part of the ground Oro is within would result in death).

any C1 cluster-swarms can be blown dead by fuu'ton daitoppa & gunpowder buning wind streams
C2 can be blocked & misdirected by various means of tanking/shedding, fodder snakes, mandara no jin_anti -air counters, rashomon gates, earth tunneling all while an untrackable 0ro & shin kusanagi, is able to take deidara out at any time.
C3 gets 1-shot by shin kusnagi along w/ deidara if he tries it. making either a dud or a safe aerial explosion
C4 clones are countered by 0ro shadow clones & hidden snake hands the big C4 monolith leaves deidara open to shin kusanagi even worse than C3 as it is released on the ground instead of the air.
