[VS] Deidara vs Orochimaru

Deidara was supposed from Akatsuki to kill Orochimaru. I have two Scenarios for the battle.

Scenario 1. Deidara vs Orochimaru engage each other, intend to kill, no restrictions. Orochimaru can't use 1'st 2'nt 3'th 4'th. He can use Edo Tensei and summone someone else.

Battlefield: river canyon where he fight Kakashi and Naruto​

Scenario 2. Akatsuki manage to find Orochimaru location and Pain sama send Deidara with mission to eliminate Orochimaru. This battle is different, Deidara must fight orochimaru inside his underground tunnel and caves. Can Deidara defeat the beast in the den ? Will Deidara try to blast the Cave and go outside ? I think it's interesting scenario.​

At both scenarios Orochimaru can use his Jutsus, he has his arms.

The only thing I know for sure is that Deidara gets raped in scenario 2.

Deidara wins the first Scenario, not sure about the second one, but Orochimaru should win.
