Jinton isn't taking out Manda via skin shedding. While he distracted with Manda multiple blades strike him down. Muu could stay airborn away from all of Orochimaru's attacks and fire Jinton but it'll never land a that far of a distance.​

This isn't evidence Manda can shed its skin before Jinton vaporizes a hole through its head. Manda shedding its skin before the Jinton is executed is pointless because Onoki will just point the Jinton at Manda's new body. Toad Oil Flames Bullet burns much much slower than Jinton which desintegrates stuff extremely fast, so not seeing how your example proves Manda can shed its skin "nearly instantly".

Actually Beans. That does make sense. Manda's reaction time was terrifyingly fast.. If he could completely (or seemingly completely) react to Jiraiya's assault unbeknownst, than Jinton would be even easier due to cast time. But, Manda isn't dodging via shedding skin, he's dodging by his once again horrendously quick burrowing speed, which he utilized perfectly within that fight.

Think about it man, it does make sense. Tbh.
