At almost any distance Deidara should be able to go airborne. One of Konan's most dangerous assets(if not the most dangerous) is her inability to be significantly harmed by most phyiscal attacks. Like most Taijutsu for example is doing no to minimal damage to her. This is due to her Shikigami no Mai technique. But Deidara fights using powerful explosives, so Deidara isn't hindered by that very much. Now on the flipside, one of Deidara's most formidable assets(again if not the most) is his ability to fly far out of his opponents range of possible jutsu and hammer them with devastating strategic explosives, from above far out of the opponents reach. But Konan isn't troubled by this, because she also possess a flight ability. So who wins?

Konan with paper explosives would give Deidara a good fight. Konan could be blown up but Deidara can too. I give this one to Deidara only because his explosives are able to follow his opponent. C1 would be enough but not easily victorious. C2 with medium difficulty since she might manage to get away and counterattack. C3 and C4 Karura would perhaps give him an easy win since she might not be able to escape in time. Suicidal Bomber would obviously end in a tie, unless she somehow manages to get away.

Overall, Deidara would win.

I would say konan if she got her paper explosives onto deidara(which i dont think would be that hard) and her paper clones would piss him off to an extent.
Otherwise deidara's wide arsenal of bombs would win this.(High diff)

konan high difficulty. people underestimate her alot. paper spears, wings, shurikens, bombs. plus her bombs can levitate. making her alot more versatile.

I've always seen these 2 as fairly even. Gonna say Konan since she's much more experienced and somewhat smarter, whereas deidaras kind of a hothead but still strategically capable. That, and i just like konan better.
