I would say Kakuzu, his hearts at the moment they leave their body, they can fly, so Deidara flying out of range with a clay bird, wouldn't be much of an advantage for him, also even if the hearts don't go after Deidara, they can use long range attacks, and they have the other elements to enhaced the power attack of some jutsus; for example he could use Wind and Fire natures to increase the power and range of one jutsu, and Kakuzu also possesses Lighting chakra, which would be a huge advantage over Deidara's bombs. Deidara would win if he uses his nanobombs right of the bag, Kakuzu wouldn't know what's happening, yet Deidara wouldn't use it, because he would be understatimating Kakuzu's abilities because of his own's.

I can repeat what I said earlier. C4 in big Dei form is like baloon, miscrobombs are floating inside of it. Okay, Kakuzu hits it with Gian, what happens? Well, the surface would be destroyed, but sh*tload of microbombs would be intact. Only Raitons like Chidori Nagashi or A's Raiton Armor gives complete protection against C4.

Who said they have full knowledge here? C4 was Deidaras speciality prepared against Itachi, I doubt anyone aside from Deidara and his partners knew about this technique.

I don't think the hearts\monsters that Kakuza uses breath... I may be tripping here...

If they don't breathe, then no C4 gets inside of them.... so they remain 100% ok... just like the trees in the Sasuke Vs Deidara fight... there was no damage to the trees...

As much as I like Deidara over Kakuza... I have to put that aside and say Kakuza has this... especially with knowledge.

Kakuzu would win he has the lightning relase and he probably can infer that Deidara uses an eath release so its pretty one sided although I do believe Deidara would put up a good fight in the end Kakuzu would take him out with a lightning style attack plus he has all releases he would take him down ... He can just deactivate the c4 and c3 attacks with lightning style attacks...

Kakuzu can't fly. If Deiadara lays land mines it would put a huge dent in Kakuzu's skul....
Does he have a skull? Oh well.

If Kakuzu caught on to Deiadara's elemental weakness and spammed lightning techniques to turn Deiadara's bombs into duds, then he'd have the upper hand. If the lightning heart is destroyed, then Deiadara would have the upper hand. I think Deiadara should save his C4 trup card until the last minute.
