Is Deidara able to beat any Kage in 1 vs 1 fight?

He beats Mei, Tsunade, Hiruzen, Gaara (debatable) The Fourth Kazekage, and possibly the Third Kazekage.

Yes a lot of them. Mei, Tsunade, Hiruzen, Oonoki (at least in my opinion), 2nd Mizukage, Fourth Kazekage, Yagura, Third Kazekage, Gaara, and maybe Minato

I would also like to note that he is a really bad match up for Hashirama due to C4.

You could pick Tsunade or Mei but you picked a guy who was one of the strongest Kages in history, on par with Mu? Deidara can win against him, but it would be no sure thing. He defeats Tsunade and Mei though.

Mei,tsunade and old hiruzen. Looses to the kazekages since they all fly as well,looses muu,beats onoki,maybe hashirama,as his flight renders evey moukton jutsu harmless,and c3 on shusisenju would kill hashirama even if the wood thing survives it,he also has c4 too. What use is power if you cant use it?

Tobirama is featless for now,so he looses.

All in all,he beats:
mei,tsunade,old hiruzen,tobirama,onoki,maybe hashirama,2nd raikage
