However u made one mistake. U assumed u could see me in this thigh mist.
Don't worry, I won't make ur redo, just keep in mind that u can't see me in the mist next turn.
Ok so I lose track of u, and I start looking around. Then all of a sudden 4 fireball emerge from the mist (I can see them from further away because they cleared the mist a bit by lowering the humidity in the air).
I immediately use
(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique

Creating a water shield on my left arm, protecting me from all those fireball.
I then look in the direction from where the fireball came from, and even if u moved 3 feet away from where u were, I can still clearly see ur chakra. I then insert myself in the ground using:

U are left with only ur head above the ground as I emerge from the earth in front of u. I immediately draw my katana out and slash it at ur head.
Alternate ending 1: If u think u can avoid, my slash is aimed at ur head and going to kill u.
Alternate ending 2: If u think u can't avoid, I stop my blade a micro second before hitting u and let u live ^^
