Logically, not even a (regular) S-level shinobi should be able to defeat so many notable shinobi at the same time.
But for the sake of NB's 'logic' and 'feats', i'm going with Deidara, high-diff. He drops C3 and everyone else drops dead after that.

IMO Kisame soloes round one. Daikodan absorbs the chakra from Any clay bomba on its way and its AoE can damage Deidara. Or Kisame simply outlasts Deidara, who did not shown a significante chakra pool
