In addition, Deidara wasn't allowed to kill Gaara.. he also had to hold back as Gaara is a Precious Jinchuuriki. If Deidara was going all out [excluding c0], Deidara would have won Mid-Diff.

However, he also had intel on Garra's abilities. We can't deny this gave Deidara an edge.

The ntel he had didn't neccessarily help him against the fight with Gaara. The intel that helped him the most was from analyzing Gaaras sand gourd defense and the sand he used to attack. Even with that Deidara was put in a corner because he was unprepared and aimed to capture.

deidara was nearly out of clay cuz all his clay attacks didnt bother gaara, shukaku was a diadvantage for gaara as he was suppressing it the entire time. He had to attack a village to actually create an opening,here thee is noone to attack,gaara shits on him

Last I checked that Gaara chose to save the village and gave Deidara an opening.

The only reason he lost was mini clay bombs and now he has sand sensing.

That only works is his sand is touching something,and by the time that happens it would be too late ( if he uses that sphere again) ..

He has no counter to C4, its that simple ,
