The only problem here is that you don't understand what I'm talking about. Do you know why the pressure created by the Hirudora and the underwater explosions are different? Simple. Hirudora created

Eh, Hirudora is more like an advanced Fuuton technique so it blew away the water. It isn't an explosion or anything. Underwater explosions create these pressures that will go throught Kisame's skin and affect his organs.

OT: Reread a previous post for the answer. Spoilers, Minato does not win

1] Tsunade - Fodderizes with her Byakugou. He has nothing that the instant transmission jutsu didn't already do to her.

2] Mei - A good match. She also has Doton. Plus katon and suiton and yoton. I think she takes this high difficulty. She has suiton techniques on par with Madara's katon(In edo form too). I can't see Deidara taking this any other way besides high difficulty.

3] Nidaime Mizukage - Putting him here was a fail... Deidara gets fodderized by the genjutsu(It's not even ocular genjutsu either)... smh at this one U_U.

4] Orochimaru (No Edo Tensei) - We've already seen physical attacks don't necessarily work on him(slashed in half by Naruto in kyuubi cloak). Orochimaru also has mokuton(he took over a zetsu body powered by the firsts cells).

5] Minato (No KCM or BM, just his Base form) - Fodderizs honestly. Deidara doesn't even touch him. Another sad matchup tbh.

6] Kisame - Suiton techniques would be a horrible match-up for Deidara. Kisame takes this medium difficulty.

7] Sasori - Gets fodderized honestly. Unless he gets the poison on deidara he loses no difficulty.
