Who would win, bare in mind we don't know how effective her healing jutsu would be against a c4 to the face.

If Tsunade knows about the poisons Sasori uses he is not a threat...now for Deidara....erm...if we suppose the 1st C4 bomb he drops doesn't hit Tsunade on the head decapitating her Tsunade would win.
Then again if Tsunade gets hit by C4 and looses her head apparently SasoDei Combo wins

I believe there are not many possibilities for the 2nd to happen since tsunade isn't usually getting hit (unless she wants to) so I say Tsunade would win.

If it was a One Vs one

Tsunade could Give Sasori Trouble Since she can't die in Combat, Stronger/Faster than Sakura (who was able to fight quite well against Sasori's 100 Puppets), all Tsunade needs is one good Hit, Katsuyu Acid might be a Problem also.

Deidara being along range fighter would be very troublesome for Tsunade, He could Solo her if he Stays in the Air.

Not even that fair to be honest. All Deidara has to do is fly in the air and drop explosives on her until there's nothing left. I honestly doubt Tsunade can regenerate from nothing.

People tend to forget Tsunade has Katsuyu. She can tank the deidara's bombs with her summon. Knowing about Sasori, I don't think he would be such a threat. Still, this is pretty hard.
But I'd say Tsunade wins.

If tsunade has info on sasori's poison, lets assume she has an antidote for all his poisons. She would merely be delaying the inevitable.

Btw tsuande can die in battle, this to the person why she cannot.
Dust release, kirin, c4/c0, beheaded (hidan style), hidans curse, nagato's soul removal would all kill her.

Also lets say all these attacks ive named above dont kill her (which they will, but lets say they won't) and she regenerates. That technique is based on chakra and takes quiet a huge chunk of her chakra. If she keeps on regenerating, her chakra would eventually run out and with that the next attack would kill her
