Deidara
Deidara is by far one of the most underrated characters in the series. He has jutsu's that can kill nearly any shinobi along with abilities that can defend against many techniques.
1:C4 (
C4 is a jutsu that releases microscopic bombs that are not visible to the normal eye. These bombs can vaporize any target that breaths them in. Of course they're exceptions to to this technique. Any Raiton style user can render them useless with electricity. In most fights however I believe even against ninja's such as Hashirama Senju, they would succumb to this technique. Only Raiton Ninja's that have the sharingan/Byakugan/Rinnegan or prior knowledge of this technique would stand a chance.
2:C2 Dragon (
C2 Dragon is a dragon that can take Deidara high into the sky. With this he can avoid jutsu's and taijutsu combat. Ninja's such as Gai, Lee, and the 4th Raikage would struggle to get into contact with Deidara if he employed this technique against them. While riding on his C2 Dragon he can scatter bombs on his targets raining destruction upon them while safely avoiding any projectiles.
3: Genjutsu Immunity
Deidara has been praised for training his body to become Immune to genjutsu. When he was effortlessly defeated by Itachi, he trained his body to become Immune to genjutsu to never suffer such a defeat again. By training his body against genjutsu, opponents such as Kurenai and anyone wielding the sharingan cannot put him into a genjutsu.
For these reasons I believe Deidara to be a very powerful Character. When Taijutsu and Genjutsu are rendered useless, it is very unlikely characters such as the 4th Raikage will be able to destroy you. Certain ninjutsu's can beat you like a well placed Kirin for example, but against most characters it is futile. Also jutsu's such as Kamui and Amaterasu can take down the C2 Dragon but like I said its a rarity to find a ninjutsu to take down an opponent in the sky.
